Looks like Scott St to me too, Just past the 2 lamp posts on the kerbside would entrance to Scott St Car Park. and Geo. Grieve would be the Model shop ?

I want to say thats the church that was on the site in scott street, Just as you enter scott Street Car Park.

Commercial Bank on the corner, with what used to be the Rubber Company next door, which was gutted by fire I seem to remember, and the Thistle next door.
