    WHY???
ST holders have already made a saving of £123, then we get money off the addmission for the last Europa game, we got into the Morcambe game ( £10) for free, we get into the under 20's games for free, we get 10% off in the club shopand we get first dibs on tickets for games..... The pay at the gate punters just might have a point about the price but for ST holders to moan about it beggars belief ...

Nooooo! What are they doing? this doesn't make sense. I mean I'm still going, that was never in doubt, but to put prices up again after they already put the prices up for the Rosenborg game...come on! that's a low blow.

Surely if we're aiming to match or better the Rosenborg attendance, then prices should at the least stay the same! or if they're feeling generous drop the price of admission to the same as a league match. I was honestly worried about the crowd for Thursday, I know in theory it's a bigger match for us but it does lack the glamour of playing Rosenborg. Once word gets around that the price has gone up again, I'm sure there will be people who'll say "I'm not paying £26 to see Saints play Minsk".
It sounds like the club are thinking they'll easily get the same numbers as the Rosenborg game and thinking they can cash in on it...

    Disappointed

I can guarantee you right now there are more than 2,100 Saints fans there. Maybe Rob Mclean should be criticising Hearts' management rather than the Saints support.
They've just reported 9,000 at the Hibs game, so 7,000 of them haven't returned. No mention of a terrible support in a city ten times the size of Perth.

I'd take Muzz back but if last nights starting 11 keep playing like that I dunno where I'd put him. Maybe instead of McDonald but that would be harsh cause him an Cregg bossed that midfield. Honestly would have had him on the bench last night.

I personally don't see the problem with the club raising the cost of admission for one game. I mean it's only £1 more for Main Stand fans and £2 for East Stand fans, if it's too much for you then try not buying a pie and bovril, or skip the match programme, or park outside the ground and don't pay the parking fee. At the end of the day it's only for one game and they're hardly asking you to break the bank.

The cost of Scottish football, and football in general to fans has always and probably always will be a problem for me. We all know that admission prices are the way they are because the club have to pay these ridiculous wages to the players. I've always been a supporter of bringing in a salary cap to Scottish football, although bringing it in to cover the entire game would be much better. Until clubs and the authorities realise that fans can't afford these prices, then the costs will rise, players will be sold, clubs debts will continue to rise and we'll see more and more clubs enter administration or worse. I'm aware we may and probably would lose out on players playing in our country because of the offer of higher wages elsewhere but that's already the case, there will always be someone willing to pay more in a bigger league. If you ask me, the MLS have it setup perfectly and look how their game is flourishing.

If what I suspect is true, that no club that matches Muzz's expectations has come along then if I were him I would turn to Saints and say give me a 1 year contract, play out of his skin for a year and really attract some decent clubs attention. Another year in the SPL to find the right club isn't going to hurt, what will he be 26 by the end of next season? he could still play a good 5 years in England at the least. I personally don't think we've seen the best of Muzz the last 2 seasons, I think he's been guilty of believing the hype and letting he Scotland cap go to his head. Not been the player he was in his first 2 seasons with us, he was a right threat going forward and was constantly involved. When I watch him now, I think he wishes he was somewhere else...well you gotta earn it first Muzz.

"If St.Johnstone want him, they will have to pay a fee" - Derek Adams

So if we meet their valuation, they will sell the player they are "trying to help" because he doesn't want to come here for "family reasons"?

He was never gonna be anything but a Wolves player next season, he was one of the first players Kenny Jackett spoke to after taking the reigns at Wolves. They released Ebanks Blake and are open to bids for Doyle, and Griffiths is seen as the natural replacement. Jackett said he knows Griffiths has a checkered past but wants to work with him and sees him as the player to fire them back into the Championship. As much as I dislike the wee prick, I can see him really making an impression in league one.

If we're no further forward by the end of the week I'd hope we at least begin building a case to take to FIFA in preparation for him refusing to sign on July 1st and attempting to stay with County.

It seems going to FIFA is the only way this is gonna get sorted, both clubs appear at a stalemate, we're sticking to our guns and County are being dicks. Doesn't help when the SPL and SFA are happy to sit back and watch, too scared about getting their hands dirty.

Lets go to FIFA, which I imagine would cost money, get him signed and if County want him then FIFA order them to pay a transfer fee (+ our legal fees included). If they decide they don't want to pay up for him, then sue them for legal costs for approaching FIFA and hopefully FIFA will have something tasty in store for County on top of that. They're the ones making this more difficult than it needs to be, ****ing disgrace of a club, they have no right to even be involved in our PCA with Brittain.

Brittain can get tae ****.  County can get tae ****.  The fact that they actually believe they have a case beggars belief.  I've had a look on their shitey forum and many of their fans really, genuinely believe they are in the right.  Incredible.  There are one or two sensible fellows who do acknowledge that Brittain has been a tool and that Saints are quite right to be seeking some sort of compensation at best, but they are very much in the minority.

What on earth are County playing at? registering a player that isn't theirs!? now surely there's a rule being broken somewhere with this latest move? you can't just register a player with your club, a player that has a contractual agreement with another...surely? I'm just about done with County and their stupid mind games and the total lack of respect shown towards our club, it's beyond a joke. Someone needs to meet this MacGregor **** and give him a ****in boot in the balls, he's a total wanker.
