Dave, I think he got hacked off at always being replaced by someone on loan, something that he never got the chance to do as he was always on the bench.  Any keeper needs to get a good run of games but Blackie never seemed to be thought of as a No1 and got replaced soonest.  
At least he's getting a regular game now down at Strathspeys Thistle. Maybe a season or 2 in the Highland League can get him another senior chance.

Zander has the gloves on merit for me. Great having a Donaldson/Robertson combo again with 2 first choice keepers vying for a starting place.

Dylan Easton, man of the match for Elgin yesterday. Completely wasted playing at that level, but should certainly help City toward play-offs this season.
Jim Weir and Gavin Price are putting together a pretty good side. Yesterday was probably the best team performance I've seen in the bottom tier for few seasons. All 3 Saints loanees are playing their part.

I know that we are all disappointed with tonights result.
 
However I just wanted to thank my wee home town football club for bringing European football once again to Perth.
 
 
I was too young to remember any of the European games played at Muirton but I have been to every one at McDiarmid Park.
 
I have watched 2 UEFA cup Games (1999-2000) and 6 Europa League games (2012-2016)
 
 
 
In all the eight games I have only seen Saints defeated at home once! I feel privileged to have witnessed this achievement.
 
 
I know we have been spoiled with having such recent great successes and tonights result for me is very bitter sweet.
 
 
I just wanted to thank everybody that works so hard for our club for the great memories.
 
 
 
Im definitely going to try and keep the blue flag flying high, as I know there will be difficult times ahead.

For what it's worth, Liam worked his socks off, even when it was clear he was leaving us.
 
However, I had the opinion at the time that he was slowing down and it was the correct time for the parting of the ways.
 
Have great memories of his time with us and would not wish this to be tarnished by a return to the club and become a target of the boo boys.
