Negativity in the stands... how many games without a goal?  When was the last home win? No fkn wonder there is negativity, costing me a small fortune for utter dross!  Players and managers should take the criticism and sort it out.
The only way to shut me up is win games!
Our style of play doesn't lead to more fans through the gate, but funny when the club have a moan at low crowds.. if we aint happy, it's in the manager and players hands to change this feeling

One thing I would do is push Mikey up against Logan. He's a pish defender so keep him penned back, and Mikey's tracking back has been decent if Ligan feels the need to go forward

What a patronising view. Everyone under the age of 30 isn't just some dense **** who thinks we should be challenging for the title every season.
This "purple patch" has lasted the best part of a decade, and if the club manages the next few windows correctly it'll continue. I've no idea why people constantly bring up what happened twenty years ago as of that's our natural place. Football is a different game to the one on the 70s/80s, and since that period we've predominantly been a top half team in the top flight.

As a Saints fan for many years Ive learned to take my positives where I can so, in a borefest we gained 3 points, kept a clean sheet, tried a couple of new options, saw Scougall score his first goal.saw TW back to his best with the sneering media ...AND saw Dougie Imrie on a losing team ! That will do for starters

Em, I saw them miss a sitter from about 4 yards and after punching it down into the danger area, Zander make a great save down to his right. He also had at least two other significant saves.

Delighted for Hendry. That could be a decent line up, if Scougall gets alongside Muzz in the middle as a play maker. The new Chris Millar waiting to happen if you ask me.
No doubt he'll get played wide, hooked after 60 mins, and slaughtered on here at 5pm

Things are going very stale, and that is why many feel a change of manager might not be a bad thing
Im not saying it's time for 'Tommy out' banners, but losing him wouldn't be the disaster it would have been even last season.

If the players were following what has been an acceptable timetable for countless home games up until now, I can't see why they are being branded so badly in the wrong
Nobody could account for such tragic events that resulted in them being late.
Is there more to it? Were they already running late as Foster was at an all night strip club or something?? That would explain the reaction of some towards him
If anything, the fault lies with the club and how they choose to plan the day of a home game
Late changes to the line up is no excuse either for yet another piss-poor performance. It's not like we had to field some under 15's. These guys are all first team players
Tommy's reaction is way off point for me, and he cut his nose off to spite his face, with MOH especially, and we were the ones to suffer. I can't imagine he will be able to roll out the whole 'team spirit is great' thing this week as I think his reaction to this will have caused real discontent amongst the players
Signs starting to show a manager feeling under pressure maybe?

Couple of things Davie....we didn't do what you said though, we HAVE now lost 6 in a row, scoring no goals
Add to that that our start to the season was strange- got results, but were hardly playing well. Even then, I knew a few folk that could feel a bad run coming
The other is that acceptance attitude that we shouldn't be where we are and that we should just wait for the day we return to our rightful place in the lower reaches.
Football is all about getting the best from people at the right time. We had our perfect storm in 2014 when Tommy, Ando, Macca, May etc done just that....the right thing at the right time
What brings any team longer term success is realising that the same formula doesn't last forever, players change, managers change. Sometimes freshness is all that is needed when things appear to be going stale
Are we at that point yet, or is this just a small blip? I'm not sure, but we will know by the end of the year I reckon
