At the start of lockdown we decided to find Bertha Loch as it's not so easy to find now with new buildings
Anyway after a couple of unsuccessful attempts I decided to ask a farmer working near by
I was shocked by his response on being asked where it was
In a hostile reply he asked us What we wanted to go there for .Twice.
Braw place though as we found it.

    From the OS.
That means you’ll get every home match streamed to your Smart TV, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
No mention of Sky games being excluded.

You may laugh but not as much as the QCs will over a glass or two of good malt tonight as they check their fee notes are correct!

Judge rules it's for S.F.A. to make the decision
Ha ha. 2 & half days of Court costs just for S.F.A . to rubber stamp SPFL' s decision.

This was such a great listen, thanks for posting - I'd highly recommend it to anyone who watched Saints during that time. Really fascinating insight into Sturrock's thoughts on the Saints players of what turned into a really enjoyable era for us. And I hadn't realised he'd often gone to Muirton Park in his younger days and had been at the Hamburg game. Also interesting to hear him comment that leaving Saints to go back to Dundee United was the biggest mistake of his career.

Steve McClaren has also finally realised Dundee United are shite - and has withdrawn from process.

What a surprise. Nightmare to get on to the website. This club is ridiculously amateur at points. You get on and no ticket option.
Not sure how many more times as a paying customer I’ll allow poor service and keep giving them my money. But hey..... avoid a refund guys because we will invest in youth team. How about investing in a basic website that can cope with the obvious demand.
20 minutes to get on for first ticket-  now attempting the second

I’m a tad confused here, Saints have held fire as long as possible before offering Season tickets when nobody knows when we will be allowed to have fans attend. Yes, family’s will only need 1 ticket to watch the games on tv, how could you have stopped that? Same as, there is nothing to stop me inviting family and friends round to watch games.
They have offered people a refund on last season for the 3 games missed and to my mind have been quite clever by not mentioning the £60 or whatever it works out as, as to many that might suddenly appeal.

I am sure if they had come out with a figure certain fans would have moaned about that as well. As for the Hibs refund, you only ever had to ACTUALLY contact the club and ask them as you would any other business who owes you money.

Sorry to disappoint Sixties but I don't know either.
I would agree with Hoodlum that we could manage 1,500/2,500 easily enough depending on social distancing.  In fact if we come down to one metre we could probably push 4,000.  That would mean using all 4 stands though and I do't know how viable that would be.  Mind you with family groups we could get more into the Ormond as presumably they would be able to sit together.
Big question - if we have to wear masks how do we eat our pie and Bovril?

Naw, folk have short memories, as good as Macca has been for us and I appreciated everything he brought to our team, when Hearts signed him I was most surprised, as I  felt he was past his best.
Can't see him pulling on the boots in earnest (whoever he is ) , and there was no mention of it when he signed on again.

There could be a salary scale within one job role, meaning that it's possible Macca could be at the bottom of that scale and Cleland could be at the top. People with the same job title don't necessarily have identical salaries, for all sorts of reasons. It could also be the case that Cleland is considered the more senior of the two so has slightly different responsibilities. As a fan I wouldn't expect to be provided with all the ins and outs of the arrangement. I think we can allow them a tiny bit of privacy!

Ha ha. Was thinking that could be a tall chimney in the background, long since gone.
If that's the start of a row of houses on the left in Paul St., my Aunt lived there at the Foundry end. She passed away in 1950, but unaware when the houses were demolished. I was very young at the time and never understood  what the Big C was then.
