Hows that any different to what we're doing? We've brought in £1.5m from U25 year old Scots and increased our youth development.
Its the next generation who'll benefit and should be good enough. Not the current u21 team.

Yes. Clearly im a fool for presuming two players who have done nothing at a lower level, were available in February and who cant get into a defence who are pishing goals in aren't good enough.

17 games is not a lot of games for a 21 year old. Hes the same age as Kane, who has 71 games under his belt at club level, including 42 for us. Hes only played 15 more senior games than Thomson, who folk are more than willing to excuse as he's inexperienced. Hes less than a year older than Thomson aswell. They should be considered similarly in terms of previous experience, and, to be honest, Fisher looks the better player.

Fishers been about our best player over the last month. He was left out to dry last night.

So you'd rather play a worse player simply because hes more likely to sign?
With all the best will in the world, Doyle is never going to be good enough. Theres some bizarre belief that the players who arent playing are somehow the answer. Krachunov, Doyle, Brown and Thomson all have absolutely huge question marks against their ability at this level as theyve all failed/been average at a lower level. Yet apparently they should all be starting.

O'Halloran was never a "goalscorer", Wotherspoons virtually matched his goals/assists this season.
Tommy shouldn't be sacked, hes making errors and his tactics yesterday cost us the game, but he's still got it in him to turn it around. He just needs to calm down, pick a settled side with a settled tactic and let them work their way through this. The constant changing of the starting 11 and the formation is just disrupting us and leading to the poor starts we're having, which is ultimately what the biggest problem is. 
Laughable to suggest bringing in a new manager, who'd likely have to be a Gus McPherson/Billy Reid figure, is a smart move when you're in a slump. It would take him a month or so to work out the players, and we can't afford to fanny about at this stage of the season.
Lets stop feeling ****ing sorry for ourselves and at least try and not hurl abuse at any of our own players. The abuse Fisher, Swanson and Sutton got shouted at them from the East yesterday was just utterly ****ing pointless.
