Serious questions need asked about TW yet again. Utterly dreadful tactics from the start, ridiculous starting line up, horrific use of subs and a complete inability to change things at any point in the match. Celtic haven't even stepped out of second gear yet they still look more up for this than us. Why is McDonald so guaranteed a start anyway? Brings nothing at all to the table except his height, and if thats the reason he gets selected then I might just cry

On a more serious note can I urge the "Mini-Mongo Army" to not disgrace the club this weekend? I hear Forfar will have a flag or two so not stealing them at knifepoint would be nice

Because when we lost to Aberdeen at McDiarmid earlier this season we did so because of a few fairly obvious reasons

Our defenders couldnt cope with the pace of the Aberdeen wingers Our defenders couldn't cope with a physical striker who wanted to lay the ball off Our wingers don't help out enough defensively, and struggle against half decent full backs with some pace Our midfield isn't good enough to go toe-to-toe with Aberdeens so using the same formation means we'll lose the midfielders Stevie May gets far too isolated due to the loss of midfielders Stevie May will not win headers against the Aberdeen defence, nor does he have the pace to get in behind them Tommy Wright will have noticed all this, as hes been involved with football for longer than I've lived. Yet today he done literally nothing differently than in that game, not one attempt at changing things to try and address these problems, the changes he made weren't entirely forced at all, but the decision to start May, Spoony, Nigel and Croft was incredibly stupid (brave maybe, but still stupid), and its these decisions that are costing us just as much as the players mistakes. He shouldn't be given a free ride while the players get slaughtered

Thing is we're possibly harming ourselves by sticking with the "old guard". We've got young defenders in Kitchen and Rodger, midfielders in Brown and Caddis and of course Easton and Kane who all show potential and could possibly earn us a respectable fee in the future. Would we not be better giving them a chance instead of sticking by the likes of Wright, McDonald and Millar. Players we know are good enough for the league, but players who shouldn't be in the starting eleven in two or three years time

This season is odd in that Aberdeen, Motherwell and probably even United have their strongest squads for a while. And that Hearts and St Mirren look pretty much stick ons for the bottom two spots. Realistically the squad we have will finish between 5th and 8th. And I, personally, would prefer we used this season to blood some youngsters. I think theres only about £80k worth of difference in placings? So we could really drop three or four places due to blooding youngsters (they might even perform well, and we barely drop at all), inevitably sell May in the Summer which will recover the lost funds of dropping a few places. And we're now left with maybe two or three of the youngsters blooded who are comfortable at this level and could bring us in a fee. Long term that makes more sense to me, especially since we have a sellable asset for the first time in forever

First time I've ever left early, call me a shite fan if you must but its utterly heartbreaking to watch your side completely bottle probably the best opportunity to win a trophy we've ever had, and its about the sixth or seventh huge disappointment they've served us within the ast five or so years, whats wrong with us a club that we can't cope with big crowds?

Criticising the supporters is a bit much considering it was noisy for about 15 minutes before kick off and after it. When you concede within 5 minutes its hard not to be downhearted, especially since its an incredibly familiar story to what we'e suffered through before

It was obvious from the line ups we'd lose, as we seemed to have learned nothing from the match earlier this season. Why we persist with leaving May so isolated I don't know, and why Wright, Mackay and McDonald are immune to being dropped is beyond me aswell. Its well known Aberdeen are a pacey counter attacking side with a dominant back line, yet we play our slowest players at the back and only one small forward, what was TW thinking about? It raises numerous questions about him yet again this season, as hes been outsmarted far too many times by the opposition for it to be something less than his fault. Wonder how many times we'e conceded four this season now?

Celtic away coming up soon could be a proper nightmare based on that, knowing us we'll likely win

Banks never made a howler. You see goalkeepers miskick goal kicks all the time in that weather, the defenders completely falling asleep and Andersons decision to let the ball across the box cost us the first.

Anyway its been like this all season, think back to the Minsk game if you must, or even the loss at Fir Park lately. It runs far deeper than just luck on the day that we so often lose despite "being the better team", its not just rotten luck that we can't create a decent chance over 90 minutes so many times, and its not just rotten luck we so often concede four goals. There'll come a time when people need to realise that this is tactical errors from the manager and not just luck on the day

We aren't good enough to take Aberdeen on, its that simple really. And to effectively play four attacking players in the knowledge your playing a better side who also possess pace is suicide regardless of player errors, we were on a hiding today as soon as TW made that decision

Ando isn't shite by any standard. He's our best central defender and probably within the top defenders in the league, sadly every so often he as a complete ****ing brain malfunction that costs us a goal. I thought Wright and Mackay were far more culpable today, while McDonald lived up to his nickname "Ghost"

To be honest though I lay most of the blame at the feet of the manager, who seems either unwilling or unable to learn from his mistakes

I've never understood why this is considered worthy of praise. I know theres all the speel about "being loyal" and "showing your support", but theres dyed in the wool Saintees who left early while some "big game" supporters stayed until the end. Personally I couldn't watch anymore, genuinely felt sick

He pushed Stevenson into the net (almost through the net), and deserves the red card. Regardless he was having to be held back by team mates anyway, he let everyone down by over reacting and the pandering of folk on here saying it wasn't is his fault should be stopped. Its more than plausible to suggest that he cost us the win yesterday with his actions.

He's got previous aswell, remember when he went piling in to an away crowd and wrestled the ball of a fan? That should've been a red aswell

Aberdeen fans are incredibly bitter in regards to Langfield due to mistakes made in the past so their opinions are generally tainted. This season he's been outstanding
