  1. All events of the type that were on have private security, they will not have been employed due to any "tip off", but hey-ho, fuel for the fire.
  2. I only met Les a couple of times but he struck me as a very generous and decent man. RIP Les.
  3. Yes, it's not on the day and it's nothing to do with our fixture.
  4. They get it and then some, it's called Remembrance Day.
  5. I hope everybody is as passionate to defend the right's of Christians, after all, Jesus sacrificed himself for us as well.
  6. I thought Remembrance Sunday was supposed to fulfil this purpose?
  7. They will be excited to play against a top team with the history behind them that St. Johnstone has.
  8. You just hover the mouse pointer over the user name, after a couple of seconds, a window pops up with a few buttons. One of the buttons is "Ignore User". Click it and you go to another screen, which is telling you to Add User to Ignore List. There are 3 checkboxes there, Posts, Messages, and Signature, check those and press the "Update Preferences" button, job done

  10. He says it was his own decision and he just wants to freelance for a change.
  11. I think this issue may move past resignations and into criminal charges. Mind you, if paedo Janner is still being protected, I guess these guys can be as well.
  12. Busload of DABs passed us on the way to the match. There was an angelic looking little girl, maybe 6 or 7. She was screaming her head off at us, probably using unprintable language, and the little middle fingers were extremely busy as well.
  13. Think he's managed to keep himself out of the limelight quite well and, given the number of new MPs going to Westminster, his experience there will surely only be a positive.
  14. Independence is already a given. It's only a jostle for position now to get a position of strength when the negotiations for it arrive. Labour are in big trouble, signs that UKIP will start to eat into their seats in the North of England at the next GE. Can see something like Syriza getting started in England further splitting Labour's vote. I'm predicting at least another 3 terms of Conservative government in Westminster, after the current one. You'll just have to join a queue for at least 5 years to tell me I'm wrong
  15. The dissolution of the Union will be announced during the upcoming 5 year parliamentary period. It will not be decided by any referenda, but voted on by MP's in Westminster. It will be presented as England dissolving the Union. Ireland will be unified and Wales will remain with England having home rule for the immediate future.
  16. Two hours without a drink, where is that tiny violin now?
  17. Lark, the famous Alan Turing was chemically castrated to treat his homosexuality in 1952 or 1953.
  18. It's not like there is a lack of tits on t' internet.
  19. Agreed. It seems quite suspicious that the UK government hires tax "experts" from the big international accounting companies to draft tax legislation. These guys then go and sell their expert knowledge of the loopholes they've helped build in to companies large enough to afford them
