  1. Eraser Wright inspired ! What a great name for him. The man who rubbed out Ciftci.
  2. Agreed. Stanton has stood out (admittedly not difficult) in the last few months. If Hibs are willing to let him go I am surprised. Would imagine a few clubs would be after him.
  3. If he did come back he would have plenty to prove. I reckon he is the sort of guy who would rise to that challenge. If Tommy is after a left sided player he fits the bill. If he does return imagine how jealous he will feel on the first day back when the other players say " show us your medals".
  4. Disagree. Yes there will be less money but a well run club will be fine. From a Saints point of view what we lose with Hibs we will probably more than gain with Dundee.
  5. Ronaldo looks pretty puny compared with the mighty Maclean!
  6. Athletico Madrid. Very good team. A poor man's St Johnstone. Our organisation but without the flair.
  7. Roddy is guest on "off the ball" at 12 noon witn Stewart and Tam. Ah yeeeeees. More coverage of Saints. Can't get enough.
  8. Started watching the BBC programme last night. Watched all of the build up and got to the start of the 2nd half. I really enjoyed the 90mins build up.(Yes, since SaturdayI my life has become incredibly sad but who cares !) Michael Stewart is pretty good and Biscuits is a legend. Poor Craig brewster! His display is nervous and lacks a cutting edge. Actually come to think of it perfect for giving an Arab view
  9. Muzz had been my favourite player up until his injury. Really hope he plays a big part next season. Pretty similar style to Dunne but Muzz is easily the better footballer. Saturday must have been mixed emotions for him. Never spotted him on the pitch after the game . Understandable!
  10. Tommy looks the part. I doubt if anyone would mess with him but at the same time he seems a really decent guy and someone you would totally respect. We are so lucky to have him. Oh and if I had to pick an assistant for him who better than Callum. Contrast with McNamara.!? Say no more.He needs to learn to stop making barbed comments and grow up.
  11. Up until recently I was convinced GMS was going to be a top player. Now I reckon Utd have a dud on their hands. Yes he has a few tricks but so does a performing seal.
  12. Ando was immense. They were all brilliant. But gone for Spoony. Fed up hearing about the Utd young boys. Spoony is better and he`s a local lad. COYS.
  13. Surprised Ando is only being offered one year? Would have thought the club would be offering more to him .
  14. Not good for the street cred but I really like it and I ain't no spring chicken. Is it available on cassette?
  15. Same area for me. Sweaty palms just thinking about it. Not good for us older codgers.
  16. Good idea but will see what Inveralmond offer first. Like the idea of supporting a local business assuming it is still going ahead ?
  17. Disagree. Wotherspoon is more skillful and a better passer. What I have seen recently he has been pretty consistent. Liam had spells where his form was poor. I do agree tbat Liam was a better goalscorer.
  18. Don't agree. He arrived here unfit. Has had a few niggles. With a good pre- season could be a key player next season. Remember he was all set to start in semi-final until he picked up an injury.
  19. Votes cast before the cup final? Crazy and it means Tommy won't win although he should if we lift the cup.
  20. Struggling to se the logic in not voting for May. Any other winner would know that they are not our best young player.
  21. Got to be Ando. A rock in defence a good goal and a great shot from outside the box. Thought Paddy did a good job in the middle.
  22. £25 is reasonable. £35 is criminal. Obviously most people visiting this forum will pay. But this price must put the less committed off. Nice to know I am subsidising sfa fat cats on freebie jaunts to the continent.
  23. Fantastic workrate. Very good passer of the ball. Midfield is his position as we saw on Sunday . Very important for a club like us , you can tell he is agood lad who probably adds a great deal to the dressing room banter. What's not to like?
