  1. I was devastated to hear the sad news of Billy's passing SS. A true Gentleman and a true Saintee. I had some great times in the company of both him and George Mason and the joy you gave him by inviting him to the European games was priceless. They were guaranteed never to miss a game. A sad loss to the Club, Perth and most of all his family..

    RIP Billy...

  2. Just back from Sri Lanka, web access was poor, now at work so can't scroll through numerous threads.

    Questions:

    1. Was Peaso's hat trick an all time classic or just three goals?

    2. Who scored for Saints in the bounce match at Falkirk?

    3. Is 101 still droning on about Del's selections?

    4. Is it true that Ghostie was sooking up to Tam Cowan at the Motherwell Social club?

    Appreciate honest answers?

    1. Classic, what else could they be?

    2. Not sure, wasn't Sheerin though, so calm down.

    3. He could be mellowing ever so slightly

    4. Probably

    Welcome back, we've missed you.

  3. Tell you what I will do for my fellow Saintees to make you feel better, I will post the temperature where I am every so often during the winter and you will think you are in Florida. For example tonight it will be -23c with windchill of -27c the rest of the week is going to be -29 -30c. There is 22 inches of ice on the ocean so they are getting the ice road ready. Merry Xmas to all and a Happy New Year

What the Hell ar you doing in Tuk, is that not the place where they filmed "Ice Road Truckers"? It's desolate, what the hell do you do there at night.............Ha!

  4. picture of the car park there - http://www.perthstjohnstonefc.co.uk/newsitemsdetail.php?param=644

and del in the record said this -

"McInnes yesterday battled through the snows which have swamped Perth only to find McDiarmid Park was a no-go area.

Eight inches of snow blanketed the pitch and car park and he was forced to give his squad an unexpected holiday. He said: "Even the diesel had frozen in the club's tractor so we couldn't get the road into the stadium cleared. The temperature was minus 12 coming into the city.

"Some of the boys got to the ground and managed a bit of gym work. But we had no choice but to call off training.""

Del was obviously not told of the 'no tractors mentioned when talking to the press' policy.

    Ha! astute observation......

  5. You have lost far to much money already and besides, a fiver will be worth fukall in 4 years time..

And I'll take it you never pulled due to the fact that rather than pumping some bible BETTY rigid, your talking to me..

We used to go to the Gospel hall on a Sunday night when we were teens for the free food and the chance to rodger a christian babe..I once had intimate relations with a ministers daughter.. And by God ( please excuse the pun) she was a dirty goer:wink:

    To...101 & Ghostie

  6. First game at 3 or 4 year old, I think it was against Falkirk and it was in 1961/2 (am I that old). My Dad took me ........

I believe nowadays it's called child abuse ..........

Saying that I was taking my kids at that age as well and both my boys are season ticket holders till this day, they are 16 and 19 now. They are die hard saintees now, cant move in their bedrooms for Saints shite, porno mags, three day old pizzas and old condoms....

  7. Mods..Could you unstick this thread now.. Needs filed under

" We tried, but ultimately failed "

    Thanks to all who contributed..:D

    Hi Ghostie

Absolutely not a failure, give yourself some more credit. There were 85 fans who booked and turned up for the United game many of whom were WAP members. Great turnout and I am sure Paul is considering looking at the possibility of another one in the near future.....

  8. "the introduction of 101s love child at HT made a huge difference".

"Millar had a howler and deservedly got hooked"

100% agree, Mooner made a huge difference and for me was the star player and would be my man of the match even though he only played 45. Del must look to him for a start next week.

Millar wasn't at the races today, some shocking touches to boot, or not to boot as the case may be.

Fans were brilliant, there was a fair number and very noisy in comparison to the Jambo's. Was so proud of everyone today.......

    Luv n kisses
