  1. I don’t care if we stay up in 10th position or stay up via the play off as long as we stay up.

The financial implications with new ownership would be a hard sell to the new potential owners.

With the clean out to happen at the end of the season do we have the money to bring in potentially 5 or 6 new players?

  2. A massive 3 points, as stated earlier it’s a free hit against Killie, hopefully Rangers will tear RC apart and do some damage to RC’s goals for and against tally.

if we can get atleast a point at home against Killie it will keep putting the pressure on RC, if we jag all 3 then a 7 point cushion will hopefully keep us up, but being a saintee we know things are never that easy or simple haha.

Judging by Saturday they all lack fitness and that's why they lost the second goal.

You can excuse lack of skill but not fitness and workrate which is the minimum a club should be looking at and the fact they don't have those qualities must be down to coaching staff.

    Too late this season now.

It makes you wonder what they did during the breaks in the season, no excuse for full time players to not be fit

On paper levein made a lot of sense at the time, and it's still one I dont think you criticise the club for no matter how it turns out.

I agree he ticked the boxes that we needed at the time, will he keep us up, I honestly don’t know, but we are a team that can’t score and clean sheets are something we can’t seem to keep either at present.

Gee lucky we don’t have a reserves team as we would struggle to fill two teams next season if all the off contracts walked.

  6. Not long now till the split.

What does everyone think as far as how many points will we need to avoid the play off and stay up?

Those three points yesterday RC picked up were massive for them.

Our next game against Dundee is now a massive game for us, RC have rangers still before the split but right now I think we are heading back to the playoffs route again unfortunately.

I think 34/35 points will be enough but I wonder if CL is looking at parking the bus and trying to stay up via picking up points from draws.

I presume in the relegation group teams will be taking points of each other each week, it’s definitely squeaky bum time.

Can we just pause for a moment to think about this: Aberdeen manager is Neil Warnock.

"I went to the local Tesco today, i couldn't believe how many Aberdeen fans there were - they are great fans"

There;s something Donald Trump about him, but in a nice way "yeah, we lost tonight, but a word of apprecation for the boys - they are great guys, great boys"

The boos after our second goal and at the final whistle was priceless.

Will he learn from last night? That's the big question for me.

This weekend will tell, after the win, we have a chance to put some space between us and the bottom 2 and hopefully see Aberdeen under the pump even further.

  9. I just hope CL goes for the throat of Livi on Saturday, 3 points there and I think we are almost safe as they will be needing to get results and I also think Aberdeen are going to be drawn right into this mix of relegation play off.

I hope that performance against the Midden was a season defining moment for the staff and players and a few home truths about their game and coaching performance has potentially breathed some life back into them all.
