Real game of 2 halves.. First was awful, certainly entertainment wise. The quality was piss poor from both side.. We had a couple of chances, Samson made one brilliant save. The Midden should have had a penalty but thankfully , the ref, Andrew "diddy" Dallas ****ed it up and booked their player for simulation.. The second half was a totally different affair. I really enjoyed it . Tony Watt missed an golden chance to open the scoring with a miss that will you will have to see to believe, Spoony then opened the scoring before it got really crazy. We got a penalty, Liam asks Tony Watt if he fancies taking it. He does.. and Samson saves it, Then we get ANOTHER spot kick.. This time Liam asks no-one and takes it himself only to endanger aircraft by blazing it miles over the bar. Now on another day this could easily have come back to bite us on the ass but to be honest, St.Mirren we awful, really really awful. Matty Kennedy then sealed the deal after great work from Jason Kerr.. Delighted to get the 3 points and very well entertained in the second half.. #COYS

Observations from today. Our defending from corners was very poor. Centre backs not commanding the box. Both goals FREE headers,.. Not even a challenge. Ball retention. Today was awful. We constantly gave the ball away all over the park. When we had the ball, Hearts were on us right away, usually 2 players at least, and we ended up either having the ball taken , resorting to a big punt to nobody in particular or passing to the keeper who then was forced under pressure to punt the ball. Hearts won 90% of these balls and they just came back at us over and over again. The manager right said after the game that we lacked energy, even saying it was lazy.. Totally agree with that. Hearts buzzing, quick passing and moving, slick play. Saints , ponderous. Very few players played anywhere near as well as they can. Kennedy had by far his worst game, Kano is not the answer. All the defenders were struggling.. We were weak, failed to put our foot in and make the strong tackles that we need to make if we are to get anything from games like this.. Looked better with Watt and Swanson but yet again ( as with the cup game) it was too ****ing late. Not sure why MacMillan rather than Kane made way for Watt ( who was stripped a full 10 minutes before he was finally thrown on).. All of that said, we almost could have snatched an undeserved point due to Hearts abject failure to put more than 2 of their many many great chances away.. Overall I am feeling very disappointed, not because we lost but because of the manner of the loss.. There's always the next game though.. #COYS

new unacceptable behaviour rules seemingly.. pain in the ass.. I suggested that if the purchaser is a season ticket holder, the club could get the details they require from just showing your ST and fill it in themselves.. Just more ****ing hassle, like we need it..

Quick heads up for anyone travelling by train.. Day return to Glasgow QS £16.20 Day return from Glasgow Central to Dumfries. £19.40 so total = £35.60 buying two separate tickets One ticket Perth to Dumfries is coming out at £52.70.. WTF Even an advance ticket ( where you must go on the train you book) is £40.40 and this gives you no leeway..

I would have climbed the fence but Bradford is right shouldn't need to. The roads all around McD were an utter cluster**** pre match. We joined the slip road at 2.10pm and got into the car park at 2.45pm. 35 minutes to drive about three quarters of a mile. Not sure what saints can do though at this time.. once all the work is done I believe plans are in place to have a full time entrance there, with a road round the back of the astro to keep traffic away from in front of the main stand .. Someone actually said that Saints at this time do not have a key for the lock on the gate..
