Ultras doesnt mean violence or anything associated with that, it means vocal and visible support which our team is lacking in. Many forums have been started encouraging similar groups yet nothing has ever been created. I have the support of many un-named perth saints who would be willing to wear ultra t shirts and fly flags but we need a good number to start an actual fan ultra culture. I as a real fan have watched many a forum who encourage fan participation go by death ears as an organised group has never been made however i hope many dont care what others think and would join in. I will buy flags and streamers, from my own money to start this project!

If any saints are interested please pm me so i can organise an action plan to start the east end ultras!! home and away crowds are down, with an actual singing group this would change therefore helping our beloved team succeed at the highest level!!

Any saints who want a change in our run of the mill culture should make there voices known so we can act as a group of fans who want to see the club succeed!

I nicked the match ball from Saints' 2-1 win over Rangers in October 2000. At the end of the match Barry Ferguson lumped the ball into the Main Stand, it took a bounce off some seats and I grabbed it. Shoved it under my jacket and made off out of the stadium. One of the stewards stopped me on the way out (think we still had our own stewards then) and I claimed that Jim Weir had given me it, which he semi-accepted giving me enough time to disappear off up the car park. Momo Sylla came into the High School a few weeks later to visit French classes so I even got the ball signed by the winning goalscorer!

I'm I the only one that can remember similar threads this time last season regarding McInnes? We had an awful start to the season a year ago then we beat Celtic away and things picked up from there. We are only three games into the season and Lomas has made some very impressive signings which are either not match fit yet of have not even debuted. I say wait till we have the likes of Tade, Vine and Beattie at our full disposal then make judgements on how we get on.
