Penang Saintee

Amazing 1st match of season for me, this morning flying into Aberdeen instead of usual Edinburgh for usual weekend in Perth before company conference in Europe next week. Fantastic day, lunch with 2 Aberdeen based Saintees then outstanding team performance, with no passengers & Captain Dave leading by example. Really glad I made the effort, with Thistle away next for me during family Christmas holiday. Will have to make do with SPL website highlights & any dodgy streamings until then. COYS !

Also missed out my attendance at 24th January Friday evening televised draw against Aberdeen, being able to just make by rearranging flight after attending company conference in Holland. So 6 matches in 2014/15, with 2W 1D & 3L record.

Malaysia can be added to the list and, having attended August losses to Celtic at home and Accies away, October loss at home to Killie and finally December home wins against ICT & Dundee Utd., I would vote :- 1. Midge 2. Mannus 3. Wright If I might add, anyone should know themselves if they support the team as best they can considering their location, financial & other circumstances. Perhaps the biggest issue facing Saints now is that too many people living in & near Perth sadly do not. COYS !

Montrose, Many thanks, you're a technical genius & I'll look forward to watching a full rerun this weekend in sunny Penang, no doubt calmer but probably not any less emotional ! On a separate subject, please can you remind me which thread contains the Final ringtone, although I'm somewhat reluctant to replace the classic Mayso fron the Semi Final. Will be setting off on my journey in a few hours time, armed with my Penang flag( Wiki : consists of three vertical stripes of equal width of light blue, white and yellow; the white stripe in the centre has an areca-nut palm on a grassy mount on a torse of blue and white), enhanced with "PENANG SAINTEE" !

All sorted, with Singapore Airlines Air Miles helping out a lot : Penang - Singapore - Manchester, arrive 7:50am on Fri,16th. Cheapo car rental up to Mum & Dad's in Perth. Going to match with old Perth school mates, now living in Aberdeen & Edinburgh. Depart Edinburgh at 5:25pm on Sun,18th - London - Singapore - Penang, back 8:25pm Mon,19th (1:25pm U.K.) Can't wait & COYS !

I'll be flying in, via Singapore then either London / Edinburgh / car or Manchester / car. Unbeaten record so far this season : Rosenborg (Away 1-0), Ross County (Home 4-0) & Hearts (Home 3-3, which should have been a comfortable win !) COYS !
