I go there a lot. It's really shabby. The staff are quite open that there is no money to fix/clean the place. Bit of a shame really. Staff are great though and there's often Saintees in the place. Yes the staff seemed ok but i dont think it would create a good impression and make people want to go back in a hurry. shame too as it was nice when it was in its prime but it looks as if they have let it go a bit

Aye. P.K.L are willing to spend money to keep on top of things!! lot of work done at Bells this year, and as the pool is past its sell by date, its next, i believe a new pool will be built, on or near the Dewar centre, and i think they are going to go back to a style away from the fun type pool, although nothing confirmed just yet that i can be sure of, if you know what i mean!! 101 Saint
"Couple of years" may be a bit optimistic Larky! Yeah, when it was built the life was expected to be 25 years. It was 20 or 21 in August/September so plenty of time yet.

SlickDT
Hadn't been swimming in Perth for years, so decided to take a trip there a few months back with the missus on a sunday afternoon. Was really suprised how quiet it was- reckon there was 30 people in at the very most (that includes the health suite).
bobby kemp
then it must be running at a loss, it must surely have to attract people there to make it viable, so a new revamped pool and health suite to attract locals and visitors alike would be the way forward . These type of things experience an initial boom then the crowds die down. It probably is running at a loss as are most local services.
