Goal was a soft one to lose (again) but I blame the midfield/defence for not closing down Weeslowski rather than the keeper. Pity we lost the Doc but to continually pump high balls for Sammy and Fil was just useless. Major foot-meets-erse situation required in dressing-room. Accies are a joke - making innocent ballboys run round dangerous building sites must breach health and safety. Their timewasting is ridiculous. Quote

The saints players quite rightly lost the plot. But the real issue was that we were very very poor. The ref though had a stinker. Hamilton are a filthy team, not physical just dirty. Doobs booking was ridiculous - it wasn't even a bloody freekick. As for Accies - they're a cynical side. We used to just blame the likes of Halliwell for his timewasting but Cerny is just as bad - if the Accies fans are happy to see that then it's their loss but their timewasting and diving shames Scottish football. We can't battle phyisically with these teams, if were going to play like we have been for the past 3 games until the end of the season then were going to finish 10th at best. We were very poor and were second best in nearly every aspect of the game.Hamilton were the better of two poor teams.. Hard to find any positives right now. Midfield provided little ammunition for the strikers but even if they had, I don't think that the front men would have managed to score anyway.. Season is in grave danger of peetering out..We are safe and we are not going to finish top 6 either.. Bring on the Gers.. Quote

1884 Posted March 27, 2010 Report Posted March 27, 2010 That's up there with the worst we've played all season (i.e. V Kilmarnock). Pass marks to McKay and probably Smith for that second half save. I was surprised not to see McKay at RB to start along with Ando at CB. And Deuchar as lone striker? It was obvious it wasn't working. Should've changed it before half-time. All in all a bad day at the office. Maybe we'll take it out on Glasgow Rangers on Tuesday night? They will hopefully put their 'midweek' side out against us... Quote
