Was it not on the back of someone contacting Scotrail last time about extra carriages that made them decide on a dry train? Let's avoid this if at all possible as it made for a long trip home last time.

Hearts played up there a couple of weeks before us and they had dry trains also. Think its the norm

Wonder why it is that Inverness trains are made dry when the times we have gone to Aberdeen have been heavy on the boozin.

I will be up in Inverness from the Firday but going to the game. If anyone is staying on the Saturday night ther is a great band playing at the Ironworks called "The Dangleberries" - similar vein as Red Hot Chili Pipers. £10 a ticket.

I'll keep my eyes on this thread for pub meetup beforehand.

Hearts fans were saying when they were up there, the club ran free shuttle buses from the supporters club to the ground and that, as long as you were in there for beers, they would take away fans as well - no bother.

I haven't been up, so no idea where the supporters club is or how easy it is to get in (need signed in or not?)

You've got a hard neck slagging off ghostie on the chairman thread. At least he goes to our games.

I get to as many as I can, as I have for many, many years, so you can lump that comment

I was a bit irate that night  Don't generally have an issue with his posts - but it was a bit off IMO
