Edstar101
Ashley wants king jailed for breaking gagging order, here we go againKing has defo picked a fight with the wrong guy. As I have posted before , Ashley doesn't seem the kind of guy that will let anyone get one over on him, and his clear lack of morals means he will stop at nothing to get his wayAnyway, I am going to sit back and enjoy the carnage. south inch
The Ashley v King saga reminds me of the film "The Sting". In it the baddie, Doyle Lonnigan, who has his fingers in many pies (mostly doubtful) is asked why he is pursuing the goodie, Hooker - played by Robert Redford, who has done him for a few thousand dollars, sweeties to Lonnigan. He replies that if it became known that a two bit drifter could get the better of him even for effectively loose change his reputation would be ruined and his real competitors, the other baddies, would be onto him like a shot. Now I know King is no Robert Redford but you can see the Ashley/Lonnigan parallel. Kinnoull Kicker
Aha.... If King is charged and found guilty he could / should be deemed to be not fit and proper to hold office..... But there again it's the SPFL that decide!

south inch
Yet are still saying they will be spending multi-millions during the January transfer window - insanity rules!!King will say that until he thinks up an excuse to delay the multi-million spend until the Summer or at least until up beat statements are needed come Season Ticket renewal time. Warburton has already been primed to say he might only need 1 or 2 signings in January instead of his earlier 5 or 6 estimate.

chips
Strange them talking about buying in the next transfer window, when other "sources" are stating they need to find £2.5m to get them through until end of the season. Dont think they will ever learn, which makes me happy

south inch
Certainly won't be King's money they will be spending.Too true, wonder how long it will take for the penny to drop with the 3 Bears. The statement I read spoke of confidence that the £2.5 million would come from existing shareholders, no specific mention of D King and his £30 million.
