mainstand Posted February 19, 2012 Report Share Posted February 19, 2012 Really good to get some constructive feedback, The queueing system that is used in the main stand is non existant. Partly down to the size of the area and the fact that the toilets are at the back of the queue. Think they need to look at revamping that area and putting the kiosk at right angles to where it is at present, along the wall.. At Brechin game, big queue at half time (not waiting in that), nipped back down 5 minutes into second half, all shutters still up, still had loads of pies, was told they were closed! Dinky, before I give you my thoughts, what are yours? If the shutters had not been put down, the kiosk was still open, going by our training and general policy, so you should have been served. Did you speak to the kiosk supervisor? Some of the kids might get confused but the supervisors should know the deal.
