Really good to get some constructive feedback,

The queueing system that is used in the main stand is non existant. Partly down to the size of the area and the fact that the toilets are at the back of the queue. Think they need to look at revamping that area and putting the kiosk at right angles to where it is at present, along the wall.. Other option would be to have a second sales point for juice and crisps etc away from the hot food.

Overall, better. Service speed could be greatly improved.

At Brechin game, big queue at half time (not waiting in that), nipped back down 5 minutes into second half, all shutters still up, still had loads of pies, was told they were closed! Dinky, before I give you my thoughts, what are yours?

If the shutters had not been put down, the kiosk was still open, going by our training and general policy, so you should have been served. Did you speak to the kiosk supervisor? Some of the kids might get confused but the supervisors should know the deal. I will feed this incident back to our bosses as something that needs to be highlighted.

Catering is really good this season....perhaps a wee bit more of a sweets selection for the kids that aren't them big bags would be good...i.e normal size packets of Starburst etc etc...enough to placate the wee buggers without costing a fortune and having them throwing up in the car on the way home :D
