sign dave 32 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 I know it says keep unconfirmed reports off here, but according to twitter, gary has stated he's played his last game for us, he's in conversations with liam craig about it in twitter. Any idea what this is about?

Saintly Child 161 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 I thought one or two of the summer signings might have been moved on in January, Millar , Scobbie, hasslebank, Vine, take your pick wages need to be freed up. None have been that great.
sign dave 32 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 SC did you mean miller? Beattie is the one real disappointment for me, all he's done is collect wages. Nigel needs to be given a chance in his preferred role. He has great ability.
Edstar101 2,937 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 I thought one or two of the summer signings might have been moved on in January, Millar , Scobbie, hasslebank, Vine, take your pick wages need to be freed up. None have been that great. Miller has done okay when he has played after a dubious first appearance. Scobbie showed in the games against Hearts and Dundee Utd that he is a capable player (and we will need him if CD goes). Vine is a quality, clever player. The only one I agree with you about is Hasselbank. He may, once in a blue moon, have a great game, but, for me, that's about it
John Bonham 11 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 I suspect this may more likely be car sharing to training rather than leaving the club. Could be wrong though....... 1 Rodgers reacted to this

If so maybe it's an indicator Craig's offski? Sorry for being in such a pessimistic mood :LAUGH OUT LOUD:

SaintSam1884 695 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 SC did you mean miller? Beattie is the one real disappointment for me, all he's done is collect wages. Nigel needs to be given a chance in his preferred role. He has great ability. That is unfair on Beattie. Injury is something clubs legislate for when they sign players. It comes with the territory. It's no reason to get rid of a player after only a few months, especially when he is now fit and particularly when we all know what he is actually capable of. The only disappointment with Beattie is that he was unfortunate enough to get injured and we still haven't seen much of him. The player himself is not a disappointment and I'm sure he would rather have played every week than just "collected wages".
Rodgers 39 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 It's car sharing, miller is going nowhere. Could be something to do with with Craig being off?
Cagey 2,439 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 There is a god!! Bombscare of a player. Wouldn`t say bombscare but his lack of pace means he will never be a player.
Saint GB 89 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 I was very critical of Miller when he first came to us and I got a fair amount o stick for pointing out the obvious, he couldn't defend and that players went passed him for fun! He's looked decent going forward at times but always be a back up player!
rik2304 4,414 Report post Posted December 31, 2012 I'm sure that he may benefit and we would see the best of him if he got a settled position.

It is okay our tannoy announcer actually asked where he had gone and if it was to Div 3. Players should be banned form twitter when the transfer window is open
