Tynecastle is and asset of UBIG and not Hearts FC according to the BBC.  Regardless of whether Hearts FC find a solution, they may be homeless anyway.

Meanwhile the SPL has confirmed Hearts will be docked 15 points in next season’s campaign.

A spokesman said: “As Heart of Midlothian is subject to an insolvency event, a 15-point deduction will be applied to its total points in the league championship for next season 2013/14.

"In addition, Heart of Midlothian is subject to an embargo on registering players with the SPL whilst in administration."

First game of the new season at home to Hearts, aye maybe.

FFS just Saint's luck! How could we no get the Arabs at home!? A nice sunny day, a good support up from Dundee & a wee home win! I wouldn't mind but they deliberately put off this action until they were safely in theSPL! Conniving or what?!

Hearts advised that the imcome from the 7000 season tickets has now gone. Easten up in keeping the club afloat up until now.

  • 4 players being released,
  • no money in the bank at all,
  • 10 staff made redundant,
  • rest of staff told they won't be paid
  • Looking for staff to buy 2000 season tickets this week
  • If folk can afford to buy a second one and give it away can they do so

Really taking fans for mugs

from what i was reading the stadium and the club are 2 seperate entities under this.  the stadium is security on one of the loans and it will could be sold separately to cover that debt.  who would buy the club without knowing if they could get the stadium as well.

It is further complicated by the fact that the Bank will be in receivership within the next wee while. There admin or liquidator will be lehally bound to try and get as much of the £25m as possible,

no cash and relying on selling 3000 season tickets for the future two months. Funny how hearts are not at home first game of the season. As playing us first makes one extra week for then to try and survive. So we manage by with less than 3k season ticket holders so can they.
