You take your chances going to a football match - very rarely they are called off, and unless it's the clubs fault (Motherwell), you just have to accept that it happens. Buyer beware. All Patrick have done wrong here is issue vouchers with complementary on them, which was a bit misleading. It's not sin of the century though. Everything else I've no problem with. They, like Saints, are a relatively small business that just scrapes by. They've not a Tesco or an Amazon that can afford to make extravagant goodwill gestures.
