Explain?

Dylan, I've spoken to you briefly, and also several other of the young crew. You aren't the complete idiots you act on here.

If Celtic fans kick off, and saints fans retaliate or follow suit, then the police/stewards will do feck all about the septic fans because they are scared of them, and wade in and arrest you lot. The headlines will be all about the saints fans causing trouble.

This is one of those 'rise above it' moments. You will gain a hell of respect from saints fans, officials, the police and the media if you do.

Give it a go

Woh now laddie.. We are all Saints fans on here. The last thing you wanna be doing is acting the hardman on here. Some of the older guys may have to  take you over there knee and spank yer ass. Sadly some of em might enjoy it a little too much   Now chill and for once, think of what you can do for yer club, rather than the other way around..

Lads, (Dylan and his crew) think about the younger kids, our future supporters, when you talk about some of this stuff.

A bad experience could stop them coming back and we may lose much needed new fans.

There are enough kids going about Perth with Celtic, Rangers and now United strips on without us alienating them. Some will be going to McD for the first time , maybe as a Xmas treat and we need to make sure that it is a safe environment for them.

So sing your songs but behave please!

Just me who finds it incredibly ironic that the "young crew" are on here moaning about people being banned and not understanding why, and then proceed to say they'll happily be involved in fights. Its hilariously thick but fun to view.

They will get hammered though, there was hundreds of Celtic fans at Dens last season who went purely for the violence/mayhem factor, I really doubt a group of ten boys will do much in that regard

When did I once say we will go and become involved in fights? We'd have to have no brain cells if we were to think about fighting Celtic there would be about 6 of them for every 1 of us most likely...

Only going to be about 5 of us at this game now because of people being banned etc, the atmosphere will most likely suffer because of this and also because there has been a ban on the drum, probably just consist of a few pints in 208 prior and after the match and nothing else

Saints have shat it and lifted the ban which is more annoying than having one in the first place. First sign of bullying by a Celtic and their fans and we bow down to them. Shite bags.

Is it not possibly a reflection that the club have made an appalling decision and have doen the right thing!!??  The outcry has been pretty global from both sets of fans.  Banning flags at football is simply beyond ridiculous.

Not when supporters use them to let off smoke bombs etc. The Sellick fans at Motherwell used a large flag to cover themselves as they destroyed the seats. Learn to behave then you can be treated like an adult.

Saints should have stood firm. Embarrassing letting Celtic get their own way, again!

I don't think it's a case of the club being shite bags and bowing down to Celtic. To me it seems the sensible outcome thanks to the **** UP by Celtic. Once they put a message on their website, (in this case a wrong message), saying that the ban was lifted, then Saints had little option but to agree to lift the ban.

Any problems over banners, that occur within the Celtic fans area at the match, then Celtic FC must take a big share of the blame. Only they could employ someone who phones the wrong club to check if a ban is being reversed. Twats.

How on Earth did you work that out?

Its sheer shitebaggery from the club, yet again doing anything the Old Firm ask regardless of how it makes us look, every time we do this its a huge blow to the credibility of the club and the league as a whole

judging by the quote below it is the Police not the club that lifted the ban. Why take every opportunity to moan about the club HSF?

from the OS: "Further discussion has today taken place between all parties and a request from the clubs made to Police Scotland that the ban be lifted has been accepted."
