The list I've put up is the Seeded teams for the 2nd Qualify Round. You'll see there are a few where it says "Winners of match involving....." so assuming a Welsh or Irish team draws one of those clubs and actually manages to beat them over 2 ties, then we could get them. However, it's about as likely as us beating Rosenberg. Any team that isn't Scottish is a foreign club so we could be drawn against a team from any other country, assuming they're seeded, which currently rules out the diddy Welsh/Irish/NI clubs.
