RandomGuy 3,137 Report post Posted October 5, 2014 It's Connor McClaren from Blackford...I think he was with Celtic before us. We signed him this Summer from them. Was highly rated but came to us as he felt he'd get more chance in the first team
PerthSeany 601 Report post Posted October 6, 2014 He did look good. Pacey, works hard, looks like he has a bit of ability to beat a man. All based on 1 match I know but talent seems like its there.

PerthSeany 601 Report post Posted October 8, 2014 The worst about the Aberdeen result is we started with three first team squad players. They have one and they were the better side.
Markinch Saint 112 Report post Posted October 8, 2014 Very young team against hearts
fraudman 14 Report post Posted October 8, 2014 For the final time it is a development team, arguably the youngest in the league. They are all trying their best, they were by far the better team against a vastly older and experienced Hearts team for the first 40 minutes till Morgan got himself sent off. Sometimes you have to look beyond the score and actually try and see how some of these youngsters have come on even since the start of the season. Lay off with the stupid negative comments ,alternatively buy a pair of boots and see if you can do better!!!! 3 gertiesaints, garydavidson and dave mc reacted to this

mainstand 1,249 Report post Posted October 12, 2014 Rik winning at this age group really means nothing. Celtic a few years ago won the league and cup double. They then released everyone of them as they didn't class any as being good enough for the first team. Saints are laying very young lads who will probably have 2 or maybe even 3 years in this age group. Its about time some guys on here get off the kids backs. 1 Brogan reacted to this

saintee4life 79 Report post Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) Never understood the comments regarding results myself, more about bringing youngsters throughwinning games breeds winners and a winning mentality. Losers just accept it and go to the next game expecting the same thing. If a team with a built in winning mentality lose a game it hurts like Fcuk and they make damn sure it doesn't happen again. Can't be doing with this its the taking part that counts nonsense it breeds a soft mentality Edited October 13, 2014 by saintee4life 1 rickardo reacted to this
