Inflatable day pictures

I've looked at the pictures and video and I'm left wondering why you were wanting to move that car. It looks like it is in a dead end (with a van further along anyway) and in addition there does not appear to be anywhere for the guys to move the car to!

Was this a crazy idea started by a drink-sodden fan or was there a genuine reason? I'd love to know.

The car was blocking our way out of the carpark (2.45pm!) therefore preventing us from heading back to Scotland for the match v Gretna! It was a desperate situation!

The van had its driver present and realised that he couldnae get doon the lane cos of the parked car and our 2 buses! He reversed back out of the lane.

ah ha, now I know. Maximising drinking time......

So how DID you get out of the car-park?

Nawwwww!

We'd been trying to move the car for 20mins!!!

All of a sudden somebody shouted "He's on his way!!" so we all scarpered back on to our buses while the (disabled) man got in his car and moved out of our way!

Then our chariot drivers put the pedal to the metal to get us up to Raydale just after kickoff.

The Annan polis were expecting 2 buses full of supporters with inflatables and when we got there the Polis man said "Where have you lot been? Can you no' leave the drink alone?".

Who, us?? :|

Phew, for a sec there I thought you said the disabled man pushed the car out of the way on his own!!

All I can say now is well done to all of you 'inflatable' people - you raise the profile of the club in such a positive way. The police in D&G must look forward to saints coming more than any other club. Good on ya all!!!
