Sainteesean
Looking at the potential teams : Based on the regional groupings for 2014/15, a list of potential but unconfirmed opponents include: Flora Tallinn (Est) Skonto Riga (Lat) Vikingur (Far) Odd Grenland (Nor) Glentoran (Nir) VPS Vaasa (Fin) Kalev Sillamae (Est) SJK Seinajoki (Fin) FC Lahti (Fin) FK Jelgava (Lat) NSI Runavik (Far) Atlantas Klaipeda (Lit) Glenavon (Nir) Cork City (Ire) Uni College Dublin (Ire) Kruoja Pakruojis (Lit) Airbus UK Broughton (Wal) Progres Niederkorn (Lux) FK Trakai (Lit) Spartaks Jurmala (Lat) Bala Town (Wal) Newtown (Wal) Im in Riga/Tallinn on the starting the 8th and a lot of these fixtures are in that area (Baltics + Finland)... might work out very well for me. Flights to Riga from Glasgow are only around £200 return. From there its a 20-30 euro bus to almost anywhere in that area (and the ferry to Helsinki is about the same) ...... or the away leg could be first, and mess up everything.. MrBored
Based on the league and past performance, we'd probably like to avoid Skonta Riga and Odd in Norway, but shouldnt fear any of them. Edited May 30, 2015 by MrBored
Shaky Toon Saint
UCD would be a good away trip. I'd quite like a Welsh team though

I've been to a Skonto game, was about 200 people there. No worries!
Lochwinnochsaintee
UCD would be a good away trip. I'd quite like a Welsh team though Only thing about a Welsh team is their grounds are probably tiny and won't accommodate all the Saintees going down. ejksjfc
Does the winner of the FA cup make any difference as to who we could face in the first round. I am sure I read something about the English teams rankings being different if Arsenal win.
RandomGuy
Doubt it, as all the English sides will be seeded so we can't face them anyway

ex-montrosesaintee
Can't quite believe we are in Europe again. Amazing achievement. Also, this might help sway a couple of potential signings.

Markinch Saint
As I'm in France on both dates just hope we get through this 1st round. Don't think any of the suggested teams are drive able from colmar in Rhine valley. Edited May 30, 2015 by Markinch Saint
Lochwinnochsaintee
Only thing about a Welsh team is their grounds are probably tiny and won't accommodate all the Saintees going down. Hmmm, might have to take this back. Newtown's ground holds 5000, Bala 3000 and Airbus 1600.
sign dave
absolute piece of piss, after the way we played in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of previous seasons, we should go in to this confident, but not cocky, especially after what happened in Dumfries. whats the best way to convince your manager to get time off work at a short notice?
