Mannus kept us in it with some vital saves and Spoony had you on the edge of your seat every time he was on the ball, made a big difference to us when he came on for the last half hour. sleepless Posted August 25, 2015 Report Share Posted August 25, 2015 I've been waiting for days to post this. My first game of the season so first chance to vote.I have to go for Spoony. I know he only played 30 minutes, but what a 30 minutes. The guy came on and from the word go the team changed. I reckon he's had a rocket up him from Tommy, and as soon as he came on he put a rocket up the rest of the team as well. Within a couple of minutes of him coming on we'd equalised. And then there was only one winner. I thought he was absolutely outstanding. His desire to get in about them was infectious, he was aggressive and attacking and absolutely wasn't going to accept second best. Fantastic performance.A couple of guys behind me were moaning about MOH most of the game for being uninterested and going through the motions. Even when we were winning they were still talking about hauling him off because he was crap. I guess some people just don't like some people...
