SaintSam1884
Im not overly convinced he was being honestOh come on. Saints are clearly expecting more bids and TW is probably expecting to lose MOH but he didn't stand there and lie to the press and Saints TV about the state of play as it was. ex-montrosesaintee
unofficial twitter says Mikey is at training as normal. I honestly don't think I'll be able to contain myself if he doesn't go to Rangers The orcs in my office will be so sick, ha ha. dunkeldneil
ex-montrosesaintee
I further hope that a fee has been agreed, but Rangers have asked to buy now pay later, or pay in instalments, and SB has told them to swivel. Cagey
Naismith going to Norwich for £8 million so come on Swansea a bid of £500000 will get Michael O'Halloran. It's peanuts for EPL team. You will not regret it.

t.mcneil99
See a few suggestions the player cant agree terms with Rangers...It would be amazing to see a talented youngster not jump at the first opportunity and think about his next move.Maybe Tommy has asked him to give Steve Lomas a call to see what hes up to these days after jumping at the first chance? The ghost of Jim Morton
MOH IS and will remain a Saints player unless (a) the clubs valuation is met and (b) the payment terms are satisfactory to the club and (c) The player wants to go. At this time a & b have not been achieved which makes c a muted point for now. Dave H and Norsaint

Do you sell 'stuff' to someone who is very well known to struggle with loan repayments. We'll never get our money from Rangers as they don't have it, they are off to court yet again.* stuff is defined as valuable items such as soap, a badge collection, tickets to the league cup semi final, a car, a young promising footballer. I hope we aren't that desperate to deal with the crooks. We all know something dodgy is going on at Ibroke, who needs millions of debt to get through the lower leagues... ah the joke that keeps on giving... Although I see the unofficial Twitter quotes TW saying the clubs no idea if Rangers will make a third bid.

Presumably Saints will want a deal that includes add-ons in the event of the player getting Scotland caps or a subsequent big transfer fee. Would anyone trust "Rangers" to pay up for those things, without the need for a subsequent court battle... that is if "Rangers" in their latest incarnation even exist a year from now?Doing business with that lot of dodgy dealers is surely best avoided. The player himself would also be well advised to stay away from joining a trophyless lower division club who may be happy to offer him a whopping salary right now, but may be unable to actually pay that whopping salary a few months from now.I've no problem with Saints being a selling club (just like every other club in Scotland), but we're surely not in such a position of desperation to sell that we can't be cautious about who we do business with. Abernethy Saint
According to the Orcs, their money is called "the Blue Pound". After extensive research, I found a bank in Khirabertikstan that deals in them, currently trading at 1£Blue to £0.00001690 to a pound sterling. silver_blue
Was Alex McDonald the last player we sold to Rangers? Can't think of any since. Atholl Henderson was the last I remember going to their hoopy pals. We don't do a lot of business with the ugly sisters!
