The ghost of Jim Morton
Next up a trip to Firhill on Boxing Day to face the form team, Partick Thistle. ( 4 wins on the spin) Cummins and Millar back would be a great boost for Saints. This is the start of a tough festive period for us with a resurgent Motherwell away and the again high flying Dons at home to follow. Points on the board here would be great. No disrespect to Partick but this game is exactly the type we should be winning if we play to our potential. Of course they have already beaten us at McD this season, so I don't expect anything other than a close game and if we fail to work hard and don't show better composure in front of goal we will get sweet FA.Hopefully we take a decent support on what is traditionally a guid day oot on the fitba calendar. Come on yee Saints. Havana Saint and dunkeldneil
RandomGuy
Think I'll miss this due to family stuff for Christmas, expecting Millar to start, and hoping Cummins will too. We're playing well enough, and just need that final touch to help things. Will be a very tough game and we shouldnt over-react if we lose this. AthensSaint
Partick on great form. This is a tough one but if we want to finish third we need the points. I think this will be a defining point in our season...third or fourth.

PauloPerth
This game might suit us better than recent home games where the onus was on us to force the play more. Partick will have plenty of possession, as usual, but it would be good if we could go back to being the deadly team on the counter we were in a few of our away games this season.hopefully we'll see a return to form for O'Halloran on a better pitch with more space to run into.I'm always the optimist, but I'm predicting this is the week it clicks in front of goal again in a 4-1 Saints win. This could be a really decent crowd, with Thistle on a great run and higher than they've been in the league for a while and it being Boxing Day. Expect there will be a good few Thistle fans in attendance who haven't been for ages.
Tranmere Saintee
hopefully we'll see a return to form for O'Halloran on a better pitch with more space to run into. What a sad reflection on our pitch that even Partick now have a better pitch!!
Dr Christmas Jones
Seen some cracking games at Firhill for thrills including in the mid 80s a 7-3 win and 6-2 defeat in the same season. Wasn't many saints fans at both games. McCarry One Nil and dunkeldneil

Read this with mirth today on Hasselhoff.... a sure kiss of death for Thistle...hope he's there to enjoy the thrashing we will serve up.... can we sing something with fuk, off and hoff?http://www.heraldscotland.com/news/14164819.David_Hasselhoff_hooks_up_with_Partick_Thistle_mascot_Kingsley/He added: "Partick Thistle are on the best run they have had in 40 years and I'm here to help keep it going.
