Hibs end now sold out. Can only see one club getting the extra tickets now.

I know a saints fan that has bought a block of 24 tickets for the Hibs end.  Can only see this ending in one way

I'm sure he wont be the only one either

This is concerning

nope, **** them. If they cannot give us enough tickets, we buy for the other end. Big clubs have always done this, Scotland fans also. If Saints have any aspirations of being a big club this is what we'll have to do. Then eventually the powers that be will treat us as one.

I hope there is no problems but I agree this has been brought about by the blazers.

Shame that a big occasion like this is marred by incompetence.

Agree with the last few posts. I'm normally for immediately booting out anyone deliberately in the wrong section but this time we've been forced into it by the SPFL and, lets be honest, Saints. I just hope nothing happens to justify the suits stance of strict segregation that's ironically behind this as it plays right into their hands.

Apparantly lower section n1 of the main stand to remain empty so no reason not to give us the 500 tickets directly behind this section

What the feck is going on spfl/saints

Can someone please. Please pleas tell us whats the problem

thought n1 was sold out by hibs as part of the 11500. Certainly were selling them on Friday.

So the situation is, we have less than a week to go before the game and there are only 500 seats that have not been offered for sale as of yet ( our  promised 500)

The problem as I see it now , is  that as it gets closer to the game  the number of people still wanting to secure a ticket will be dropping  because of lack of time to arrange travel, because some will be so pissed off by now they have said fook it and also because some will have bought tickets now in the Hibs section.

If the fuds at the SPFL finally decide to release these 500 tickets we might not even sell half of them now and you can bet they will then turn around and try and make out we are a bunch of shitebags for complaining.

I  am in the school of thought that they may well give these 500 to Hibs as well.. WANKERS

Think i read a comment that there were some 3000 tickets for company/hospitality that are sold for the semi. I understand that would be the case for a final, due to occasion and companies being able to use it as a valuable sales/marketing with clients. Is/was there really such a demand for a league cup semi for this? This would be around 15-20% of all tickets at tynie....seems high to me, so assuming I'm missing something here.

As an aside, that block of 24 tickets should be used by saints, coordinating with hibs fans if possible, to put up a demonstration banner along the lines of "cockwomble, screwing over fans and under selling the value of scottish football since.....". Should make for some good banter in these gin and tonic sections.

As a final aside... in many countries, I believe sports events are televised when/after a game is sold out. Surely thats money left on the table here? Its obviously going to be televised as we will get extended highlights after the fact, so why not make that feed live?

I really believe because the club asked for /were offered very few tickets from the off that the organising beaks really believed that one stand would be enough

Its quite obvious that when we quickly sold out our allocation that we needed more tickets

Unfortunately saints fans have been disregarded in favour of catering for hibs fans, who incidentally got the lions share of the allocation(11500)
