At the forthcoming facility at Walnut Grove and take a River Taxi down the Tay to the V. & A. Museum, if it ever gets completed, to put more money in the Dundee coffers. HOODLUM65
Nicola Sturgeon says Scotland's £15 billion deficit is nothing to do with her, it was the £200 loan that John Swinney took out with Wonga. Steve Zissou
P&K are refurbishing 2 High St in order to save money - they can then accommodate more staff in the building, so they can get rid of other accommodation that they currently rent (Atrium, Blackfriars). If you recycle properly, they are more than sufficient. The ones that were used for general waste became the recycling bin that you can pretty much put everything in except fabrics and glass (separate box for those)

Surely its not beyond the wit and wisdom of someone like Georgous George to come up with a national standard!?!Personally, id like the old 10p deposit on a bottle (or can) to be reintroduced.A stash of discarded TC bottles could keep you in sweets for a week!
