Before we all,( mostly ), start losing the plot we must consider the following.

How many of Tommys transfer targets has Steve Brown actually delivered?

Maybe none.  Nobody knows - do you? Trouble with that argument is how far you go up the tree looking for the problem source. The buck for the level of performance on the park of the St Johnstone first team stops with one man. Tommy Wright.

Ok. However, surely Wright has done enough over the last few years to be given the opportunity to sort out his first truly difficult spell as manager?

I'd take issue with this being his "first difficult spell" - last season was desperate. He has proved he's not really up to changing games for the better for a long time now, and I think his chickens are now coming home to roost.

Rik, sentimentality is the worst thing in the world. In any situation - doesn't matter if it's football or not, sentimentality prevents things moving on.  Saints as a club have needed to do that since the day after the cup win - an event now nearly two years ago.  We have absolutely failed to do that and are now going backwards.  It was a fantastic cup win and all that, but Tommy has had his time.  We don't have the resources to support him, and he's not the man to take us forward.  FWIW, I think the same applies to the chairman.

Piss poor

one change at HT possibly not enough. Then other two made too late imo

Kane MUST start next game.

Wonder if Brown said or done something when he was taken off at HT last game? Otherwise his omission from at least the bench today is almost unforgivable. We need shots on target, he's prepared to shoot.

For all Muzz does that is good, it's his shortcomings that are in focus just now.

No one is willing to have a pop at goal, we're lucky if we have over 3 shots on target a game! Steven MacLean being a prime example has ever scored a goal for saints outside the box the only goals he ever scores is 2 yard tap ins

The form alone this year, 2016, would lead me to think the chairman might be getting itchy feet.

Managers have been sacked for less and especially the dire performances and the ease at which teams score against us.

2 wins since the beginning of December. 10 points out of a possible 39 and a transfer window come and gone with no notable additions to the team.

County and ICT next. Doubt we will even get a bloody point out of these two games.

It's was obvious from the first have that Partick have been better coached and drilled than that saints team.

That's the manager and his coaching teams fault. Maybe time Tommy is reviewed on current season and n given a free pass because of past glories.

Also the attacks are to lazy, never track back with any urgency. The 2 up front watched all first half Fischer getting caught 2 on 1 an made no effort to help out.
