The ghost of Jim Morton
Next up we have a league cup game against Hearts with the winners progressing to the quarter finals. Obviously winnable but we will need to be far sharper in front of goal if we are going to go through.. Team wise, I would have Cummins and Liam oot and Paton and Coulson in ( if there are no injuries from todays game) Views??
RandomGuy
If Liams not dropped we riot. Wouldn't be a huge shock to find out Muzz managed to injure himself at some point though, and I'd hate to change both CMs. Imagine Clark will replace Mannus as part of the "rotation", while Kane will maybe start. Clark Joe - Ando - Scobbie - Easton Alston - Muzz - Paton - Swanson Cummins - Kane

ex-montrosesaintee
Scobbie was holding his hamstring in the last few minutes today. Hope we've got a defence for Wednesday.
Dave H
Same starting 11 from Sheep league game for this game. Should progress with a penalty shoot out win... Be wary of Jambos diving though! Edited August 7, 2016 by Dave H

Jimmy Wallace
I think Spoony has done enough coming on against Stirling and Aberdeen to warrant a start ahead of Alston. HOODLUM65, AthensSaint and Norsaint

Edstar101
I think Spoony has done enough coming on against Stirling and Aberdeen to warrant a start ahead of Alston. I would drop Liam, move Alston into the middle and start Spoony on the right Saying that, Spoony also prefers playing more central, so a straight swap him for Liam would also be an option If Spoony does come in as a swap for Alston on the right, I would replace Liam with Paton as his passing ability would be better Although Hearts look a bit more skilful this term, they are still a physical side, another reason Muzz and Paton in the middle might make sense Edited August 8, 2016 by Edstar101 Callum Mcdonald
Jimmy Wallace
I agree Liam could/should be dropped. Paton certainly looks to move the ball quickly. We were complaining a bit about having so many midfielders, but it's great to have all these options.
Callum Mcdonald
Id have spoony on and drop Liam!! Liam not really doing it the now!!
Dr Christmas Jones
Then again if you keep Liam in the 11 you've got 10 players trying to kick him up in the air. He usually plays his best games against the Jambos David123, fergiefootball and Edstar101

byebyedundee
Paton is a must against those hard tough tackling jambos... I agree spoony should come on I think he'll be the midfields top scorer
cristo
Kane for Cummings from Sunday's starting eleven, the rest the same. I thought we'd walk this one after their failure to beat the Maltese pub eleven, but they didn't look too bad in the highlights at the weekend. I still think we can win it though

SlickDT
I'd bring in Zander for the cup games and Kane in for Cummins. Don't think we should unsettle the team too much.
Cagey
I see Hearts are going to dispute the dive charge against Walker. They must not have watched the highlights or they are desperate for him to play against Saints.
