St Johnstone v Killmarnock 25/02/2017 Saints Day

Recommended Posts

Certainly the weakest bench we have had to field this season and I struggle to see any impact coming from there if the game isn't going our way.

That said, we are still fielding a starting 11 capable of beating Kilmarnock at McDiarmid Park..

2 Northern Ireland internationals on the bench all the same.

Sounds like a bad one from our point of view: From the BBC

"What. A. Goal. Rory McKenzie, at least 35 yards out with the ball at his feet after a poor clearance from St Johnstone goalkeeper Zander Clark, fires an amazing shot over the bewildered keeper's head and into the net.

Think David Beckham against Crystal Palace many moons ago.

Take a bow, son! "

Absolutely no need to be playing this formation, none.

Utter shambles, how many important games is Tommy going to cost us... Maybe he doesn't want to catch rangers.

****in disgrace of a first half of football, not one person knows what they should be doing out there... And I suspect no one in the dugout knows either!

2nd to every ball and defence look like they don't know each other.  Midfield badly needs someone with a bit of bite to counter Killie.  Paton should be on for this formation.  Essentially 5 at back as neither wing back is getting forward.
