rik2304
We've got a chance to put some real pressure on the Jambos with a win here. Accies aren't in great form and Saints are on a wee winning run just now but our striking options are very imited for this as Macca won't play. Chance for Coulson to step up? chips
This was going to be one of my rare appearances at an away game this season, but sadly it coincides with a previous family arrangement.

SaintJet
Back to football! Honest to God does any football fan in the country enjoy these international breaks? Purgatory! Anyway Hammy away - no Macca and Spoony doubtful. Would love to see some of the new kids get a start to see what we have coming through. Thompson maybe? Widge
Back to football! Honest to God does any football fan in the country enjoy these international breaks? Purgatory! Anyway Hammy away - no Macca and Spoony doubtful. Would love to see some of the new kids get a start to see what we have coming through. Thompson maybe? Why the hell would we throw in untried youngsters and players not to as high a standard as we've got? Just for the sake of it? Like we've nothing to play for? Why are saints fans so obsessed with throwing in below par youngsters to see what they're like. deej, jhq, David123 and 1 other
SaintJet
Don't get your panties in a bunch Widge. We have some injuries and the plastic pitch is not ideal for some of more seasoned veterans so it would make perfect sense to start introducing our fringe players. I am well aware that there is lots to play for but we have game coming up against Hearts on Wednesday also so let lets try and be clever. Stumpy1949
I agree with most of what you say Widge except the words below par youngsters. I agree this is not the time to try them but we will never know if they are ABOVE par until we do.

rik2304
Whats the fitness status of kane & cummins? Coulson maybe not match fit yet.... probably bench? TW thinks that Kane should be fine for the last 2-3 games of the season. Haven't seen anything about the other 2.
garydavidson
In his interview on Tuesday Teamtalk Tommy suggested that Cummins is fine and played well the last couple of games.
sleepless
Zippy has been playing well. Not scoring enough, but helping to create chances. He'll come good on the scoring front soon. Which is why I have him in the Prediction League this week... HOODLUM65 and David123
HOODLUM65
Macca obviously misses out due to dodgy knees and artificial surface. Good news is he will be available for Jam Tarts on Wed. as he is receiving an injection to aid his knees. Apparently one of a few that he receives throughout the season. Guest ScottMann
50 years ago on this day Saints beat Airdrie 1-0 in the (old) first division. Would take that result against Accies today. And in 1939 we stuffed Thistle 7-0. I'll be upset if we don't repeat that score today as a mark of respect and tribute.
saintcraigieboy
Big game, first of a few coming up. Will not be easy. They are desperate for the points in the relegation battle. Would take any positive result today and try and put the pressure on hearts. Had heard Cathro reported as stating fourth was the least hearts would expect. Get it right up that puppet. Cagey
Not sure who is going to support Cummins & if its Danny then who is wide left. Hopefully not Liam as he has been good in midfield.
