glenrothes saintee 353 Report post Posted April 26, 2020 (edited) Looks like I’m on furlough until end of May, so, to help the Club a wee bit and to help save my sanity I’ve renewed my Saints TV subscription. Looking forward to seeing lots of games I’ve missed over the years. Edited April 26, 2020 by glenrothes saintee 1 HOODLUM65 reacted to this

He used to drop deep to get the ball off the full back to run at opposition which frustrated fans as they wanted a winger 50 yards up the pitch. So no surprise that you are posting that. blueheaven 2,490 Report post Posted April 27, 2020 My memory of Jenkinson is that he was always either sensational or invisible - he didn't seem to have any in-between mode. Just seven days before that Celtic match he scored two goals against Motherwell and produced probably one of his best performances in a Saints shirt. (The Temple of Saints match report from what was a terrific game is here: http://www.grange.demon.co.uk/saints/reps9798/mwell4.htm) 1 McCarry One Nil reacted to this

Both young centre halfs did well. Thought they would have a future in the game but Whiteford was released. McCluskey played a few games but when he left Saints his career faltered. rik2304 4,392 Report post Posted April 29, 2020 Jenkinson was a typical winger. Moments of brilliance and moments when he'd completely disappear. Loved him.

Cagey 2,380 Report post Posted May 1, 2020 Sevco offering a £25 voucher for the 4 or 5 games they are going to miss out on their season ticket. Their generosity knows no bounds. Mind you season tickets frozen at this season's prices even though there may be fewer games. They & Celtic are apparently having work done on their pitch whilst still looking for the season to be played out.
