Happy to be of service!

It is common for midnight and noon to be described as 12 am and 12 pm respectively. You have quoted convention accurately. As is often the case, however, convention is incorrect.

The meridian is an imaginary line that cuts the earth exactly in two. At noon precisely, the sun is at its highest point in relation to the meridian. Before then, it is ante meridian (ie before the sun has crossed the meridian line, or am) and after, it is post meridian (after the sun has crossed the meridian line, or pm). At noon, it is directly above the meridian line, and it is neither ante nor post, ie neither am nor pm.

The correct terminology is, therefore, 12 Noon, and 12 Midnight.

You may now continue to discuss the match.

I prefer the term midday. Noon just sounds like there is going to be a gunfight rather than a game of football.

I use the term midnight but Ive seen confusion as to what day that is when people follow it with a date.

No doubt you will be asking for it all to be sorted ina an independent Scotland

Fancy another close game on Sunday and hopefully we can have a wee go at the defense cause I think Kane on David would be interesting.

Will CD play same formation 3.4.2.1 and same team (Craig for Davidson)

Craig

Kerr Gordon McCart

Brown Bryson Craig Tanser

McCann         Conway

May

or will he surprise everyone and play 2 strikers

Not keen on Craig in goal. Assume Clark is injured & he doesn't trust  Parish.

Yeah, maybe cutting the budget a little too much if we arent going to have a recognised goalkeeper. Think its one position we need against Celtic.

Tanser not even on the bench ?.

Bryson Conway so McCann having to do it all on his own.

Only 8 subs ?.

Tansers got a slight injury so not risked apparently.

Bryson started in our draw at Celtic park, and was arguably our best player at Ibrox. Conway creates more chances for us than anyone bar Wotherspoon.

Its boring as **** that people need to have players to moan about.
