St.Mirren’s remaining matches:

Rangers (A)

Hamilton (A)

Dundee United's remaining matches:

Kilmarnock (A)

Celtic (H)

Aberdeen (H)

Saints:

Hamilton (A)

Hibs (H)

Ross County (H)

Looks like we may need to win all three and try and get a better gaol difference.

But, who really cares anymore?

Doable, but not very! We must ensure there is no hangover from Sunday against Accies and put them to the sword. Rangers and Tommy’s Killie could do us a wee favour. Less confident about the latter!

Next game is always the most important. Need to win all 3 & see where it takes us.

Not to fussed this year about top six.

With no spectators then the only additional income is place money .

The difference between 6th and 7th last year was £130,000.

As others have said out of that there would be bonuses to be paid to the playing staff and management so probably not such a big difference in the end.

Get 7th and put The Arabs back in their place as second top team in Tayside.

Mathematically and on normal form we can still make top 6.  We have 2 winnable home games and St Mirren 2 losses.  You would not expect the Arabs to get more than 4 points from their last 2 games.  If we did make top 6 we could pass Livi and finish 5th and is there not the chance of 5 European spots next season?

But, will Rangers* throw a couple of points so they can rub Celtic's nose in the smelly stuff and win the title at Parkhead?  Equally, would Celtic chuck 3 points towards the Arabs to avoid that humiliation?

Rangers have to win on Saturday to make the possibility of winning the title at Parkhead. As you say if they win and celtic drop points then the tile is won. Celtic stil have second place and a champions league slot to wrap up, mathematically Hibs can still catch them

The way Celtic are playing they might not have to throw the game.

I don't think we can catch Livi, they only need a couple of points now.

Livingston don't even need to get a point to finish above us, and we'd probably have to have a 4/5 goal GD improvement, so can't see it.

Need to win both games left to stand any chance.

Not quite as clear cut as above.  If Livi lost their 3 remaining games and we won our 2 it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that we could make up the - 8 goal difference.

Not very likely though and as you say we should concentrate on winning our games and see where it takes us.

Livi goal difference 0: lose their 3 games 1v0 Their goal difference would be -3

Our goal difference -8 we win both 2v0 Our goal difference would be -4

I agree we may need to score at least 5 if Livi lose their 3 games 1vo

Our best chance is to catch St Mirren.

3 steps to top 6.

1. Celtic at least draw with United tomorrow.

2. St Mirren don't win at Hamilton next Saturday.

3. We win against Ross County.

Giuaranteed they will not win next Saturday at Hamilton.

Next Saturday its Livingston v Hamilton.

Fakes play at Hamilton 20th when we play The Staggies.
