This was always going to be pivitol match and we really need to get a point or hopefully three to give us some comfort from the chasing pack.

St.Mirren will be smarting from defeat to Dundee and will be fired up for this one; we need to match them and get our strikers in to the game early.

I think this will be a real battle and Muzz and Liam back in the mix to bolster the midfield.

Nervy afternoon ahead. One goal might be enough and first to score will determine the outcome.

St Mirren will be thinking we should be beating teams like St Johnstone. There was nothing between us last year and I don’t think there’s anything between us this year.l believe we need to beat teams like St Mirren but to say we should be beating them is totally different.

It was a joke. Never mind…

This is a real 6 pointer hoping like mad for three points to give us a bit of a cushion going into the international break.

Crucial game and there is nothing between the teams - we need to be watertight at the back and we need to take any chance that falls to us.

Callum's game plan has to be spot on and I think he'll get it right.

MOH V Tanser will be an interesting watch.

We have to cut out Tansers crossed & we have to defend crosses & corners better than against United.

I would have Dendonker if fit, Gordon & McCart in back 3.

Brown or O',Halloran at RWB ?.

Worryingly Scott Tanser is consistently capable of quality and accuracy with his cross balls compared to the United players we faced last week. Hopefully Callum has done his homework and has our defenders well drilled regarding St.Mirren’s movement in the box when Tanser is taking aim because he is capable of landing the ball bang on it’s target.

Agree with this. You've got to think midfield will be encouraged to cut out these channels tomorrow, it was worrying how often united cut us open down the flanks.

Anyone have any word on the injury situation?
