So bad. If we can barely get a shot on target against the team in 11th place, we’ve got no chance. McGinn produced more in the 20 mins he was on than our whole team. McCart’s passing is criminal and he’s been doing it all season, he just kicks as long and hard as he can to no one. The fact that the solution to that attacking performance was to bring on Stevie May for the last 10 mins just sums it all up.

I’m not sure why Davidson can’t see what everyone else does: there is no link between midfield and attack. You can’t attack a game with 5 defenders and 3 defensive midfielders. He’d say he “really went for it” by playing 2 strikers.

Happy Clappers - A clean sheet and we didn't lose :)

I applauded the effort today. It’s not the players fault that the system is shite.

Can’t legislate for losing your new striker so early either. That’s likely another needed in.

Thought Hendry did well, if only he had buried that chance.

also thought the fans we terrific.

You can see that we have no faith in the system that we are trying to play..

The fact we started playing through midfield which was working then the 2nd half it was blootering the ball up to their defence..

**** me we get beat using this system why not try another as if there is a defeat it's not like it has never happened before.

I still say there is a sour taste in that dressing room and I have a feeling it's not player generated..

Total hoofball. Its not over but its close.CD didn't even try to change it at any point. He looks like he's run out of ideas and probably time tbh

Wasn’t hoofball in the first half they tried to play but the introduction of Adam and mcgin changed the game and gave them lots more possession but yea I kinda agree where is the goals coming from

The best player in a Saints shirt was Hendry. It says everything about our state of affairs. He was told he wasnae good enough, sent to Kilmarnock, recalled and started tonight.

The midfield was poor. Muzz sadly too slow. The distribution from McCart and Gordon was yet again very poor.

It's a worrying position. When will we score a goal?

Started off okay when the ball was on the ground. It eventually developed into hoofball. Void of ideas. The number of headers was ridiculous and the only one that can header it well is Hendry, the rest of the time it looked like it could go anywhere. Dundee's subs came on and started to change the game but its a good job they are terrible as well. Dundee offered very little in that first half. A few of our players looked nervous with the ball and couldnt wait to get rid. We looked slow in midfield and late to tackles. Nobody to link up the play at all. As the game went on we looked less and less like we would score. Positive was that we didnt get beat. We looked like we had more fight than Dundee. Hendry looked decent. Cleary decent as well, seems to talk and have a bit of leadership in him.

Agree,Henry was the only player in the team willing to take the ball down and make a pass. If he and Kane can get a few games together to understand each other we might get somewhere.

Our defenders don't have the confidence to chest the ball down and pass to the midfield. Instead they just head the ball up in the air.

Davidson's lack of sub's is puzzling. It can only be that he was freighted in case he put sub's on when we are drawing and then lose the game.

Our midfield wasn't too bad in first half but in the second they were non existent. Why the **** didnt he use a couple of sub's. Instead he waits til 5 mins from the end and takes off our best player and puts on ****ing May.
