Very, very comfortable in the first half. We seemed to think the game was done at half time. Caley couldn't be as bad in the second as they were in the first and we never really came out in the second....very lucky not to have lost it.

McPherson?

So have I got this correct, we do well and it is down to the opposition manager getting his tactics wrong, while when the opposition do well it is down to our manager effing it up?

Did you watch the game?

Dodd's started a 352 to try and match us and we ripped them as they have only played with a back three once this season. They change to a back 4 at half time and make a couple of crucial subs which changed the impact of the game. The subs we made were the wrong ones to influence the game.

Tonight proves, yet again, that CD doesn’t know what he’s doing.

He doesn’t know what to do with a two goal lead against a depleted, tired lower league side. He defaults back to his defensive, negative mindset every time.

Brings on May who hadn’t scored in 23 games. Who he claimed before the game was unlucky not to start! WTF is going on???

It’s frightening how fragile this team are.

We were miles ahead. Absolutely cruising. Squandered so many chances at 0-2. ICTs first goal was down to very poor decisions by the referee and linesman. On the end of a poor decision and its heads down and on the end of a world class goal. 2 shots on target and 2 goals. Utter disbelief.

Can't believe Saints have just chucked it away.

Wrong subs. Middleton was at the stage of having made a few wrong decisions but still think he would have come good and caused them far more problems.

That was unbelievable the space they gave us in the 1st half. We should have taken advantage of that.

But for choosing the wrong options in their box on a number of occasions we would have been well ahead. We had to build a good lead in that first half. Everybody knew there would be a *%$* up in the second.

Samuels was offside for their first, as for the subs... well its all been said already.

The only positive I can take from the subs is that CD is saving them for the home leg. It is only half time I suppose…

We could have comfortably won 3 or 4 nil tonight. Without question those subs changed everything. Stevie May should never be on the pitch.

Chalmers and Samuels came on and Davidson had no plan B again. Poor substitutions again and then we ended up running about like headless chickens. Yes, their first goal should not have stood but the second was brilliant. We have to take care of Samuels on the return.

90 minute game, not 60.

What a frustrating game, should have been out of sight early second half if one of our attackers actually took a shot instead of dottering on the ball.

Callum’s subs and the timing of them was bizarre, surely he could have waited another 10 minutes or so but in fairness that awful referee/linesman decision where they missed an offside and a KO’d player has made Davidson look even worse.

Madden and the linesman gave them their break and they took full advantage otherwise we probably see the game out 2-0
