Merchandise pretty much consisted of old programmes and black and head shots of the players. I still loved going there, though I bought a Saints hold-all there circa 1970, carried my school books and fitba boots in it when I went to Auchmuty School in Glenrothes sleepless

GB is very private. We all love what he did, but I can't see him agreeing to a statue. North Stand named after him?

Melbourne Saint
Instead of opening up a shop, maybe Barossa? Will be cheap and good location. And it will help Barossa come back. Apparently Sevco fans are going there... We need to stop that.

Kat71
Reading the headline article in the Courier by our incompetent dinosaur of a manager I would say it’s about time Mr Webb raised his head above the parapet and either back him or preferably sack him and Kirk. pezza70 and Graeme S

He kept us up last year, and we have signed a couple of players who will move on for a fee - can we get the season started before hammering own team/management. The new owner seems to concentrate on positive ideas....at least that's how it's coming across Melbourne Saint

But really, the season has started, and the management have been in place for around 10 months now, had two transfer windows and one full pre-season. People are totally entitled to pass opinion on how they feel things are going. I agree that everything coming from the new owner has been very positive so far.
