Allan Campbell from Luton available. Would be a good centre midfield partner for Sprangler. 25 years old, good experience, let's use this bigger budget.

Like the idea of signing him but feel like others will still have bigger budgets/more appeal.

New regime seems to be more getting value for your money so can't see that one happening

As positive as all the new owner stuff is we badly need some quality signings or it will be another brutal season.

Our defence and midfield are lightweight and threadbare.

Max needs loaned out. May needs binned. Clarke, Wright and MacPherson will be injured a lot. Will Adama leave?

Some big moves still needed in this window. Season starts tomorrow btw.

Wait a minute!

"Aaron (Essel), Adama (Sidibeh) (who is going nowhere incidentally), Benji (Kimpioka) are incredible" apparently,so all will be fine.

Top 6 a certainty then.

Bring on Brechin. We fear no-one!

We couldn't get near afford him, I suspect.

Considering Ali McCann moved to Preston for "life changing" wages, Campbell will have done similar.

Brechin have just signed Perth boy and St Johnstone fan Dayle Robertson. He will be very keen to score in his first game for Brechin.

If he was signed in time he probably will!

Our defence are in for a torrid afternoon if they play Robertson alongside McGrath, unless Captain Cameron has them well drilled of course.

No more slip ups...........

Grady McGrath is either away from them or injured, hasn't featured in any squad of their four friendlies so far.

Sean Hastie, who they signed from Scone Thistle last season, has been number 9 in all those games so far.

Yeah, see they were well beaten by Dundee Utd and Forfar in Pre season as well, so surely Robertson will not make that much of a difference, despite them also beating the mighty Scone Thistle 9-0.

Surely not!

Will have options down south in Championship and if he was coming to Scotland Hearts, Hibs and Dons would be all over it.  A wild call from Linky to tout him for us🤦🏻.

Just looking at the balance of who's gone and who's arrived so far, and the fact that it's been confirmed Levein's budget has gone up, you've got to assume there's some good money available to bring in at least three or four first team starters of actual quality to give us some genuine improvement before the window ends?

So far we not only have far fewer arrivals than departures, but I think it's probably fair to assume most of the arrivals are costing us less money than the high earners we've let go?

6 Arrivals

Josh Rae
Kyle Cameron
Jack Sanders
Aaron Essel
Josh McPake
Uche Ikpeazu

15 Departures:

Dave Richards
Luke Robinson
Diallang Jaiyesimi
Chris Kane
Jack Wills
James Brown
Andy Considine
Callum Booth
Tony Gallacher
Ali Crawford
Cammy Ballantyne
Dimitar Mitov
Liam Gordon
Ryan McGowan
Daniel Phillips

I think we'll be paying fees for Raymond and Essel too, but it's hard to get exact figures of, Essel in particular, contract end dates.
