I’m on the Saints website and trying to register…as I discover I have to register to be able to see anything to buy. I fill in my details and hit Register…and nothing. Honest to God…

Tried again…nope…Register button on club website not responding.

I got a ticket no problem. Once through the home fan ticket queue click the button under go to checkout and add your futureticket email and password, BEFORE clicking the relevant purchase ticket button.

if you still have problems email the ticket office and superstar Bev will sort you out (Christ, the club would be in a right pickle if she wasn’t there).

You need to use the email and password associated with the saints app (which on my iPhone has been saved in my password list under the futureticket name rather than St J, took me a f’in age to find it!)

Have you tried resetting your password at all? If that doesn't send you an email then your address won't be registered.

The way the already-small area of Saints fans is split into two even-smaller areas of Saints fans for these games is really, really poor, as is charging £30 for a crap view or £40 for a slightly-less-crap-but-still-crap view. I find those prices totally unacceptable. Chuck in the time/expense involved in making your way to the not-remotely-neutral venue and I'm really struggling to feel any enthusiasm for this. I was on the fence about going anyway, but in the time it's taken to get the tickets on sale and now seeing what the ticket-buying options actually are, I've pretty much decided I'll make do with watching on TV.

You also have to download and register for an SFA app to get your tickets which feels an unnecessary hurdle for a one off occasion.

Really struggling to have any enthusiasm for this game and I expect it to be even worse than our last trip to Hampden but I have tickets purchased.

Aye. The absolute hassle of getting a ticket, the overall costs, and the malaise the club dumped on me with how they've acted in the last month is likely meaning I can't be arsed with either game against Celtic this month. A very decent chance United away is the only game I'll actually go to and Saints won't see a penny of my money, which isn't how it should be.

System not recognising the e-mail that I have used with the club for many years. They ain't making it easy. 🤣

I had to follow the advice I saw earlier of going into the league game, logging in and then going to the cup game to buy the tickets.

Doesn't seem to be any word of problems for Aberdeen , Hearts or Celtic fans. Is it some of us are thick and not computer literate or is there a problem with Saints e-mail system.

I was the same, Bev sorted, all ok now.

Likewise. Tickets bought.

When it's all said and done, whilst the likelihood is watching us getting a thrashing in a crap seat, it is still a semi-final of a national cup.

My cousin is possibly going and he’s been a regular at McDiarmid for years (though not this last year as he moved from Blairgowrie to Banchory) so hopefully he’ll be able to get tickets for us.  If not I’ll just call Bev.

You have posted on WAP for many years, surely thats enough alone to get you sorted. Bev is brilliant, we should get some Bev t shirts printed.

Got mine.😉

To expand... I had same online difficulty as others have mentioned.

After several attempts I opted to go to McD where Paul Smith issued me with a physical ticket.

I then received an email showing my ticket in QR code form in my "Saints Purchases".

Agree it should be easier to buy tickets, not more difficult.

Thank you ticket office staff.

That's for the league game and not the cup though? I think it's cup games people are having bother with.
