SlickDT Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 Keep a winning team on the pitch. No changes for me. Quote
Gekko Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 It'll be interesting to find out what type of team Simo goes for here. The same as last week to keep the attacking attitude and continue momentum? Or, will he think that Ross County are a bit more of an attacking threat and change personnel and tactics to counteract that? Will Forrester start? I'd be inclined to stick with the winning formula of last week and if needed, he can change things from the bench as the game goes on. Quote

I thought that we looked a wee bit dodgy at the back in the first half last week. I would throw Forrester straight in! Quote

Of course not all have to travel quite that far for this one! Sure saints fans will bring the noise when we start banging in the goals. Quote

First big away trip I’ve got my eye on is vs Raith Rovers on Saturday 13th September. Should be the first time we’ll take 1000+ to an away ground in the Championship. Quote

saintcraigieboy Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 Will be an interesting game that unfortunately am missing. My big worry is still defensively and especially cross balls which has been an issue for a couple of seasons. Partick should have scored 2 goals from set pieces in the first half, and county have more taller players. 2nd half we blew partick away and they had few chances to cross the ball into our box. Quote

Is Tumilty carrying an injury as it doesn't make sense. I know he likes Sven but surely he won't try to find a place for him. Quote
Saline Saint Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 Hope nobody’s caught up in A9 accident at Newtonmore, doesn’t sound great Quote
Gekko Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 I don't get Sven as a right back. I was trying to make a back three from this. Steward Diabate Baird Foulds Mallan Holt Sprangler McAlear McPake Sidibeh Gullan Quote

pezza70 Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 McPake is looking very dangerous he is quality. Sidebah first touch at time is poor but he is looking lively too. COYS Quote

MrBored Posted August 8 Report Posted August 8 Started well....then, well, least said the better. Adamah works hard, but he doesn't look like he will ever take a chance. Spangler isn't a full back in any shape or form. Quote
