Back on our travels after three consecutive home games as table topping Saints take on second placed Raith Rovers.

Big boost for us this morning with the announcement that Jamie Gullan is back training after his injury. Stevie Mallan will miss out after his injury against Morton. Plenty of options for Simo to choose from for cover for Mallan with Kai Fotheringham and Jannik Wanner now in the squad. Will be interesting to see if we continue with Tumility and Faulds as full backs or whether Liam Smith or Adam Forrester are given their first starts for the club.

Tickets on sale here - https://app.fanbaseclub.com/Fan/Tickets/ViewAllocation?fixtureId=12246&allocationGuid=8b778240-ecb8-4dd3-a0c6-982ceeaf17a2. Bit surprised that we have not sold more by now. No directs trains running from Perth with a bus replacement between Perth and Ladybank.

C'mon you Saints.

It used to be the Starks Bar when I visited, obviously not there now though.

There seemed to be a fight every time I was in. It always seemed to have that kind of atmosphere about it. Like something was about to kick off.

Kirkcaldy also had that Rejects shop that had everything. No matter what you wanted, they'd have it in some corner of the store. Great place.

I always found Starks Park to be a weird ground on a hill, and the train used to go behind you every so often. Different I suppose.

As for the game, I think this'll be a close one.

I reckon Raith will be one of, if not the closest challengers to us this season.

The manager will have them motivated after the league cup game which he wasn't happy about. A difficult pitch as well.

A proper Championship game this, it'll be interesting to find out how we approach and cope with it.

I can't imagine many changes. Gullan back on the bench maybe, along with Wanner.

This lad seems rapid, a decent singing for Livingston. His speed could be handy to bring on later in the game.

If Raith are as hard working and hard pressing as they say, they might tire the longer the game goes on, and that's when Wanner's speed and Uche's strength could be well used.

Hopefully a large crowd from us.

A big game, we'll need to be up for it right from the start.

Im usually wrong but theres something telling me that we're about to send a message with this performance.

We are where we are while dealing with injuries, a squad still gelling, a manager figuring out his best team, and with us not even having signed all the starters yet.

I feel like we're bound to have a game, or run, where everything just clicks for us and we blow teams away. Maybe that starts tomorrow.

I remember going to Starks Park with my dad and his uncle who lived in Kirkcaldy, Raith v Celtic. The trains that went by then were steam, both my parents were Fifers dad from Cupar mum from St Andrews

I'm a Fifer and originally Kirkcaldy, a quick Google shows no Football Arms any more, and Starks Bar is gone now too. Next nearest would be the Novar (formerly the Novar Bar) - used to be decent, no idea what it's like now.

Pretty sure that’s a Raith pub, well it’s at least the nearest to the ground. Montagues (old Burtons) on the high street is a sports bar and decent size, exchequers is a green king pub I think.
