A massive game for us, they will be fighting for the playoff spot instead of automatic relegation so will be up for this.

Hopefully our boys can see the finish line and the trophy is almost ours.

Hopefully we go out and play attacking footy and we do the business.

Tickets selling quicker than most weeks for this game. Expect East stand to be near to capacity if not sold out.

Cant help but think back to one of the best games ever at McD. V Airdrie.

Airdrie are no push overs and expect another tough game. However 3 points on Saturday in front of a very large home support will be fantastic and go a long way to securing a return to the top flight.

Will be a difficult game. At this point in the season they are probably the best footballing team in this league so we have to get the first goal or they will control the game. Hopefully the surface will not suit them.

Having said all that they are at the bottom of the league for a reason.

We should go withe the team that played the second half at Gayfield but doubt if he will.o

So they're the best footballing team in the league, but as you've correctly pointed out near the bottom of the league, so that suggests that they're definitely not. The best teams in the league win football matches and right now we've won the most and are therefor the "best footballing team".

You're constant negativity in a season where we've led from day one is really testament to how much you are sticking to whatever bit you want to play.

Airdrie are what a lot of people think we are. Kind of stuck to their ideals and unable to adapt when its not working.

I think theyre probably the one team where we'll be better off when playing them on the pitch as we can be more direct and aggressive.

Why Stanton over Holt probably makes sense in the middle.

I kinda always though Stanton was more in the middle because he has to drift over more with our dependency on the left hand side of the pitch. It almost gave Smith a lot of ground to cover as well, which he seems to do a lot better without the ball.

Would be exciting to see Stanton in the middle swapped with someone else who is able to play on the right.

Where is the negativity. I said they were the best footballing side in the league , not the best side. They are bottom of the league because they can't score.

With RC loosing Friday night this now becomes a big game for Airdrie to try and put a decent gap between them and an outside chance of catching Morton and staying up.

Both teams have plenty to play for in this game.
