Radford 72 Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 A few candidates today but for the pass and clever chip, I'm gonna give it to Peaso, who has taken far too much stick over the past month.
Rodgers Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 although it was a good pass and a good goal by peaso, am sorry but some of his play has been below par! i give mines to ruti, went for a few long balls today and some went to good use well done lads
The ghost of Jim Morton Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 There was not much in the way of outstanding performances today but there was an outstanding goal by Craig and for that and his will to run with the ball and put his foot in, he,s my M.O.M....
Steve Maskrey Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Ando. Didn't put a foot wrong and had Dickie Offiong in his back pocket. Thought Peaso played better after Sheerin and Savo came on
Mr Spoons Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Peaso and Ando were solid but Craig's goal and his effort over the 90 minutes gets him my vote.
THE REBEL SAINT Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 steven anderson kept the main threat offiong in his back pocket
Zimmerman Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Anderson. Potential to be an awesome defender when he cuts out the mistakes.
SJC Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Offiong must hate playing against us because every time I have seen him he has been garbage and subbed after about an hour.
monkfish Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Went for Sheerin, sorted the midfield out when he came on. Fair play to Peaso for his goal, but up to that he was mince.
HertsSaintee Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Paul Sheerin. Had the Wizard idea to start passing the ball to feet when he came on and I thought pretty much turned the game for us.
Mr Spoons Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Went for Sheerin, sorted the midfield out when he came on. Fair play to Peaso for his goal, but up to that he was mince. Did Peaso not lay on the pass for Craig to score our first goal?
templeofsaints Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Craig for me. Class goal and some excellent delivery from the corners.
williamwonka Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Ive gone for Craig. Amazing finish! Did not expect it to go in. And that he was creating chances out of nothing earlier.
Steve Maskrey Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Did Peaso not lay on the pass for Craig to score our first goal? He did indeed! Peaso played much better after the subs came on. Mind you, they took off the right back who marked Peaso quite well
Blues Brother Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Craig. Its more than just the goal, which was sublime, but the overall effort. Has a good engine good range of passing and a bit of dig. Can we keep him?
dan the saint Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Craig's goal and his effort over the 90 minutes gets him my vote. same craig did not put a foot wrong all day
ancientsaint Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Craig for me..............I think Gary Irvine is being left to do a hell of a lot on his own on the right side-so would like to see him get some cover
SJC Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 We must sign Craig- he enjoys playing for us and puts everything into the match, he has also sorted out his stupid bookings for dissent. Sign the man, I'm sure Del will keep him here!
Oldmuirton Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 I thought we were a different team after Sheerin came on. He is by far the classiest player we have and gets the ball down on the deck where it belongs. Before he came on the game was being played up in the air where we couldn't compete with Hamilton
SJC Posted February 16, 2008 Report Posted February 16, 2008 Sheerin's new role as a sweeper pays dividends when he is given protection. Classy footballer, shame he couldn't score at half time....
Cagey Posted February 17, 2008 Report Posted February 17, 2008 It`s between Craig & Ando for me. Ando had agood game & he will be a big miss in the next 2 games & maybe we would not have lost last week had been playing but my vote goes to Craig who scored a great goal & overall had a good game even when he was in midfield on his own in the first half.
Radford 72 Posted February 17, 2008 Author Report Posted February 17, 2008 Maybe we would not have lost last week had he (Ando) been playing. McManus has had good games for us but it still bugs me last week that he was so scared of Dobbie and I would hope if Ando had played he'd have shown him a lot less respect. In saying that, I think Chalky and James would have coasted through yesterday's game like Ando and Ruti did.

Sign the man, I'm sure Del will keep him here! Can't see it like, if Yogi's still coming to games to watch him then he's obviously not written off his chances at Falkirk, and playing as he has been I'd guess he'lll be pretty likely to get a new deal.
