On the other hand, if... 'it all comes out' - it could show that there should never have been a resurrection of the died club in the first place.
If RIFC/TRFC are found to be the beneficiaries of a dubious asset acquisition. [iirc Someone bought the assets for a figure way below their true value]. Then the creditors of RFC (IL) would be considered to be the victims, to the tune of maybe a few tens of millions then that could surely be 'the end of the current version of Rangers' who could not conceivably compensate RFC (IL) for the market value of those assets.
The assets would presumably have to be sold again to compensate RFC (IL)’s creditors.
All 'if's and but's eh, well, ye never know. Personally I willna' be placing my order for a ticket for the League cup match on 22nd Sep just yet keep smilin' though.

The poor wee boy washed up is hellish. But the trash that put it on the press are evil. Its all to gain sympathy from everyone. I hate the torys but cameron has got it right. Opening up to more immigrants is not the answer. 10 s of millions of people are waiting to make a move and they will come. The war in iraq has little to do with this. Its been going on in the middle east for thousands of years with the muslims fighting each other and the jews. This is just another saga in the mess of that region and we have imported all our problems. Importing more is not going to fix it.
See the SNP, they want immigrants because they need around 4 million fo fuel post independence. We have no economy enoufh to support our iterstructure without migrants. Watch the pakistani msp houmsa yousaf appear soon on the telly now that politicians are afraid of missing the vote. Its a disgrace. The parents that put their weans through that hell to get a better life deserve jail. Not the real asylum seekers mind. Cameron is right about that money he sends to the camps over the siria border for the real asylum seekers.
See me, our house would take migrants for a year or so. I'm not joking here but we cant afford it. we would only take real asylum seekers from the war and not the peple who travel throufgh countries to get a better life. Aye an they can be any colour you like.

They are just people. No different from the people who are already in Britain.
You know Montrose, the EU could fracture over this. Actually I expect it to happen within the next couple of years. Then Scotland would have no source of money to suck from. We would be totally sucked if we went independent. Imagine no money, huge numbers of migrants with zero skills and each with 6 mouths to feed. The prospects are scary. Our politicians need to gie ther head a good rattle. This has all gone way past independence.

I definitely do NOT think the migrant issues are a valid reason for some Britain First trolling on an internet forum. The loss of life, regardless of what the migrants are fleeing from or to, is a shocking waste that is being made into some kind of soap opera by the media. Media presentation has numbed human kind against atrocities.
I've got nothing to do with Britain First or any other people like that. I'm all for bringing real asylum seekers here. Regardless if they are from china or africa. I don't care who they are but to open up to anyone and the whole of 3 world is mental. It will destroy our way of life. This migrant problem is just in the begining. It's just started. We have 30 years of this to go. Except by 30 years, europe will be like islamabad or deli or bangladesh.

Its a political minefield for any party be it Snp /Labour or Conservative.
Lets not beat about the bush here -the United Kingdom government is responsible for the wars that resulted in people running for their lives and taking such drastic measures to get out of a country , where , as a result of their ethnicity are now being slaughtered en mass by the group involved.
Either the UK has to accept some of them OR do something about those groups who do nothing but murder their citizens.
Do you really really take the point of view " of **** the migrants let them stew in that situation" OR does the humane side of your nature have some compassion ?
I think the real asylum seekers should get that and this means the ones that tun up on the nearest border country to escape war. What we got now is mass movement of people with zero prospects and extreme poverty, jumping on the band wagon for a life in Europe. Being poor is not a reason to get a life in the EU.
Also, 99% of these migrants are on the take. You see them all over the news. All the ecomonic migrants should GTF back to the muslim countries. All this destruction of europe is not cased by war in iraq or siria. It is because the EU leaders have no balls.

So with all the news about migrants just now, I'm really interested on what tattie howking SNP followers in Perth think about mass immigration into Scotland. Bearing in mind that an independent Scotland bows to Merkel and her Euro rules and that being unable to limit the numbers from Europe, Scotland will become over run with undesirables.

To put the rcord straight aswell, I don't give a stuff about any religion. It's all shlte. What is important though is traditions and that includes flute bands an aw. The violence side is dying out and that's a good thing. For me it's just about fitba. A few beers and a carry on. Nothing is personal. Remember that when youse get pumped on 22 September.

Have to say,i find all this "new club" stuff slightly cringeworthy. SPFL website lists Rangers as the same club,as does UEFA and numerous other bodies,including the club itself. And anyone foolish to think this would be allowed is either deluded or clueless,it would be both a criminal and civil offence,and not only the creditors of the oldco but Companies House and BDO would be all over these bodies and the club like a rash. Rangers FC was purchased under the insolvency act. In which the administrators hold full power. They can dispose of the business in any way they deem fit,in either whole or part. When a business becomes insolvent its the insolvency act that regulates it's future. The administrators hold in my view way to much power but that is neither here nor there,it's the law. Rangers FC had to pay the footballing debt once ownership was transferred,something a new club would not have to do,nor would a new club be penalised by a transfer embargo. The club had to agree to accept these sanctions before the SFA membership was transferred from one owner to another. Although a died in the wool Saints fan my father supported Rangers for over 60 years (he was born in Cessnock),and as i sad earlier i find it cringeworthy the lengths some supporters of other clubs go to to try and convince themselves Rangers is a "new" club,when quite simply it's arrant nonsense. And Rangers are far from being the only club to have gone newco,indeed several clubs in Scotland have Hearts being one of them. In England it's even more common and i could cite numerous clubs. None of whom's club status is questioned. Only in Scotland would such a meaningless topic carry on for such a length of time.

This is a good opportunity for me to explain something here. This is the real deal Ancient. Life is meant to be about having a laugh. Right now our country is about to be screwed forever, by immigrants invading and islamic spreading all over UK. Look what happened the last immigrant invasion.
It's happening because people are afraid to speak up for fear of being labeled racist, islamophobic, PC or religious bigoted and all the other shlte that we have to put up with. People need to remember how to laugh like the old days and who cares about what other people says or thinks. Remember Dave Allen at large, Ain't half hot Mum, Benny Hill, etc etc. That's us. That's why we have humour but today, it's been removed by moaning PC scumbags.Not everyone will agree with other peoples points. It does not matter but what does matter is that we must never give in to the moaning brigade, because they will be responsible for the death of our heritage. If people dislike a poster, just use the ignore button. Some have went to big lengths to broadcast their intent about me. Who cares to be honest. I'm just about having a laugh. The only serious bit about me is supporting Rangers. I'll always do that and always have. The rest is open season for a carry on. That's why I'm here. Talking with everybudy who agree with each other sucks after a while. Being on your own fans website is the same old same old, but a rival, now that could be a laugh. We'll be up next season and then it starts for real .......that's why I'm here and no where else any more.

Thats right offensive. I used to live here years ago when we moved from the west coast. Never had so much shlte from perth before. Glad its no like this in real life. Seems yous would rather be swarming with migrants than us. FFS.
